Jocelyn manager needs to be retrained for how to deal with customers. 2 weeks ago I paid close to $25 for meals that I treated some workers with. They completely got it wrong. I phoned immediately and got Jocelyn on the phone and explained the mix up. Further I let her know I don't travel to the part of town but would come to have meal replaced the following week. Jocelyn asked for my receipt and asked a few questions from it. *Keep in mind she NEVER asked me to keep it and/or bring it in next visit. Once I arrived today, the receipt was requested. I explained I was never asked for it. Maybe managers are suppose to ask for it and maybe 50% of the time they do while maybe they don't on occasion. Furthermore I was made to sit in drive thru way too long to search for it. Once I found it, and produced it she still denied replacement!!!!! I shop on SE part of town every other week and buy from there 90% of the time on my way home. Yes they've gotten my order correct but they've also got it incorrect. The times they've gotten it incorrect, they harrass, make customer feel like they're such an inconvenience. She was completely rude and WASTED many customers time. Horrible experience!!!!!!! I went inside and all of a sudden it was only the burger they were gonna replace. I told them I found the hair in the fries or burger . I wasn't sure which one it came from, because I put my fries on my burger . When I went to take a bite after putting fries on my burger. I saw the hair sticking out . Gross!! Anyways instead of replacing my whole meal like I was told I barely got fries with the replaced burger, and not even my shake was replaced, Again I just wanted my money back. I asked for the district manager's phone number and a woman that said she was a high up manager was just as skeptically dense as the person who was replacing my meal. Like bro. It's Whataburger not your own business. These managers and employees nowadays don't even know what good customer service truly is. I traveled by uber to bearby motel and walked in the cold to have hot coffee and breakfast only to be met by a large crowd of employees in whataburger garb leavibg headed to thier cars yelling at a obnoxious volume the most unprofessional topic and a locked door with no signage or otherwise even an employee still in plain View that looked up when i rattled door and quickly turned and went outta sight behind the counter almost identicle to the employee at denny's that just moments before did the exact thing just across the highway from whataburger. Insane the lengths they go to over here to avoid even eye contact with customers. Crazy!!! Just SMH! Again if zero stars was an option that's what they too would have pulled along with denny's stay away from restaurants at semminary and 35 White boy! Thats the message i got loud and clear.
