I asked for a cup of ice water, and he replied o with an attitude and asked “Are you going to get anything else?” And I said I also wanted a cup of ice as well. He replies that I need to buy something. As I was asking what the cheapest item on the menu was he decided to interrupt me and said that “They’re not going to just give away water for free.” I told him that’s not what I asked for, I had asked for whatever was the cheapest item on the menu. He tells me that they have bags of chips “for like a dollar” I said fine, you don’t have to be a dick about it. When I went to pay, he wouldn’t look at me, just held the tip screen at me, and handed me a bag of popcorn, I’m sure they have options available, so if they did he did not ask me if I had a preference for other varieties. He handed me 1 cup and then the other without looking at me, and didn’t offer me a receipt either. So, without the receipt, I don’t know who was linked to my purchase for when I called to make a complaint. The date was 2/17, a few minutes after 5pm. They work at a location central to a major hospital and a freaking NICU/children’s hospital. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and just wanted some ice water. He had an opportunity to make someone’s day better and chose to make it worse, a customer could already be having a terrible day if they have a child in the NICU or a loved one in the hospital. To be honest, I’d rather him have refused service completely if their location doesn’t offer free water, it would have resulted in a better experience. The way he acted, I didn’t even want to drink my water afterward because I was afraid they tampered with it. I understand that they now charge for water, and that’s fine! He could have said, “Sorry, we no longer offer free waters without a purchase” and it would have come off so much better. Do better, it was a grown man who took my order, he needs to act like it. I will make sure to avoid this location...

This morning is the 3rd time that I have received a wrong drink.
12/6/13- I decided to go into the store as the weather was icy and I was fearful of the slippery drive thru. There was a lady in front of me buying a Verissimo System... She has 3 associates helping her... I waited 19 minutes to get a grande mocha... NOT IMPRESSED! I understand the verissimo is a big sale BUT I am important too... Furthermore... I seriously bought a verissimo with my Gold card online the day before... I SHOULD BE VALUED as well.. not made late to work while 3 associates help someone else.
12/7/13- I ordered a grande cafe mocha, a grande pikes with three pumps classic and 2% milk and a tall iced hazelnut soy latte. I'm not sure if it was the weather has been bad and the store was not busy but I literally dumped out the pikes. It was SOUR! Then my latte was not soy... I have an allergy and cannot drink regular milk.. So that 5$+ drink was a waste as as well. FRUSTRATED! I spent over $10!!!
12/10/13- THIS MORNING IS THE FINAL STRAW!!!! I once again chanced going to this starbucks.... I ordered a venti iced hazelnut soy macchiato... Again... I DID NOT GET SOY... A complete WASTE... Drink dumped out... Now I have no morning coffee and now I have officially wasted more than $15 at this store... I EVEN SPECIFICALLY told the lady to make my drink right... I said... "Can you do me a favor?" Can you make sure that I get hazelnut drizzle and soy milk? I am beyond...
Read moreAlways absolutely loved this Starbucks location, up until the past 3 or 4 months, the employees there are super rude, so i stopped going to Starbucks all together. I used to go daily and was a gold card member. Well last Saturday I changed my mind and decided to give them another chance and if course the guy at the window was rude. He didn't hear me correctly when I ordered at the drive thru even though when he read my order back wrong, I mmediately corrected him (he obviously wasn't listening to the customer). Needless to say when we drove off I immediately knew it was wrong when I tasted it so we went back around to have them fix it and he said that I said it wrong, but said he will go ahead and fix it. Again I did NOT say it wrong, HE HEARD wrong, second, even if I did say it wrong, he should've never said anything, just fix it, be courteous and smile. It's called GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, but here lately it seems either the Starbucks employees have forgotten that OR that isn't required of them by the higher ups. Remember, without us (customers), you (employees) have no paycheck/no job. Starbucks, you lost every star for this, if I could give this place no stars, I sure would and it pains me too. I used to be a very very very loyal...
