Ordered via mobile at 3:16pm. I walk in around 3:25 with every single worker glancing over upon my entrance, but zero acknowledgement/“hello”. That’s fine. I don’t need any kind of red carpet treatment but that should’ve been the first sign this was going to be a bad experience. I see my drink is ready and figured my food just needs a couple more minutes. NO ONE is in line, there are 4 employees walking back and forth behind the counter with 1 doing most of the work. I wait a couple more minutes, still nothing, so finally, I say “excuse me, is the second half of my order ready soon?” Or something along those lines. The only one making the drinks checks and says they’ll have it out soon. Only THEN did they put my food in the oven. A few more minutes pass, and nothing. I saw one of them take out what I think is my order and put it in the sleeve. She starts walking towards me then turns around and puts it back next to the oven. I thought then maybe it wasn’t my order. Two more times, I see someone pick it up, then put it back. Finally, the same person hustling behind the counter notices I’m still waiting and acknowledges that, I let them know I’d put the order in almost 20 minutes ago (mind you, I had to be somewhere, hence the mobile order). They walk to the back to ask about it? Someone comes out, grabs the SAME sleeve they had picked up and put back THREE times and brings it over to me with not one word said. I walked out around 3:36pm. I don’t know what just happened. I don’t know any of them but it sure felt personal for them to not bring a mobile order out to the pickup counter once it was ready. I want to emphasize there were FOUR of them behind the counter, no one in line, and the second car I see waiting in the drive-thru window had waited more than 4 min for their order (I started watching their drive-thru clock after waiting a few minutes ) and the third car was still waiting for well over 2 minutes by the time I left — this experience was bad enough to leave a 1 star review. Why have four people on staff with only one doing all the work and none with basic customer service skills? Also, my drink didn’t taste like how it should but I didn’t want to say anything in case they decide to continue to be spiteful and spit...
Read moreTwice I’ve stopped by this Starbucks hoping to relax, study, and catch up on reading — and both times, it’s been a disappointment.
The first visit, I ordered a cortado with no sweetener. When I got my drink, it was sweet. I politely mentioned that I had ordered it without sweetener. The barista looked puzzled, took my cup and with attitude tossed it out, and made another one. When the new drink was ready, they set it on the counter without calling my name. I waited a while before realizing it might be mine.
I decided to give them another chance, but it was even worse. I came in early evening 6pm and stood in line (it was only me) and the manager or shift lead walked by me and told the barista to take my order — but then I was completely ignored. I waited, looked around, and ended up sitting down without a drink and just read my chapters. Noone followed up.
Would’ve been nice to learn with a nice cup of something—sadly, caffeine and customer service isn't what is brewed here. I settled for a "shot" of disappointment "espressed" in the form of a review.
In any event, that's twice - shame on you Starbucks! I won’t be...
Read moreOk, so I'm not a coffee drinker and caramel is not on my list of favorite flavors......but I love, love, love Starbucks vanilla bean frappuccino. So I ordered one through drive thru. Took a sip and wow....no vanilla flavor just coffee and caramel flavor it me hard... gross. So I went inside and explained my situation. No worries they were willing to make a replacement one....the female at the register nor the male making the drinks(doesn't deserve the barista title) wanted to listen to me. I wanted to explain that their "rinse method" for rinsing out the blender pitch does NOT remove all the other flavoring. So I watched and it's so evident looking at the pitcher.....after it was "rinsed" the pitcher was still coated with a film of creaming liquid dripping down the inside of the pitcher. Obviously that's left flavor from a coffee drink. Ok I get it coffee is a strong flavor.....but does Starbucks get it????? I wanted a vanilla bean Frappuccino because I don't drink coffee. My second drink well it tastes like coffee too! I was so frustrated I just walked out! Starbucks you are not my...
