Subway — Restaurant in Fort Worth

This was the worst! I have had bad experiences at this location before and I've had good ones. I did an online order. Went to pick up and the guy with long dark hair - that was not put up or back - didn't even wash his hands or use gloves as we entered. I told him I was picking up an online order I did. He grabbed the bags then said sign this. I think he needs to find another job where he might be a little happier. If I ever go to subway again I will not order online unless it is the location on West Vickery. They are awesome sandwich artist there! One sandwich was toasted... pretty much burnt bread that wasn't supposed to be toasted. Did not get the extra veggies requested. Another sandwich did not even get the double meat that was paid for. And I even had put a tip on there...not even deserved. I am upset and disgusted by the way these 4 sandwiches were made...so disappointed in Subway. It's a bad look for Subway to have employees like that. Maybe Subway might be selling the business for a good reason. Good help is so hard to find, especially since the pandemic. I was the only one in the store at that moment... And I sat outside the store for about 10 minutes waiting for the rain to subdue and i saw no customers come or go. The one thing that I didn't like, was how the cashier/ sandwich maker came from the back, with gloves already on, and threw away some type of trash. She preceeded to make my sandwich, using the same gloves. She grabbed my bread, added and adjusted the meat using the same gloves. She reached and grabbed the mini cooler, opened it, grabbed a container of vegetables restocked what was on the counter and placed it back. She then continued to make my sandwich. Didn't change the gloves at all.. She touched the register to give me a price and went back to my sandwich and finished it. I think GLOVES should be grabbed new, only when your getting ready to make a sandwich... and removed if there are no more customers and thrown away! Much...

I am a VERY LOYAL subway customer for the past 15 years! I've even worked at a few in my day. While the staff is friendly and the establishment is usually pretty clean I have to complain about the lack of veggies they give you. For 8$ I would think I would get enough to make my sandwich thicker than a slice of bread. Now if this was the first time this happened I wouldn't complain but it's the 3rd time.
