Cash America Pawn — Local services in Fort Worth

I have been buying from pawn shops for years. Many different companies. But throughout all the years I have always been most satisfied with Cash America's. I buy from several different ones. But my favorite one is this one on Alta Mere. All of the team over the past couple years have been great. But I just want to give a shout out to Natalie. She's professional, "by the book", always has a great attitude and vibe & so friendly. She definitely gets to know her customer's likes, wants & interest (which helps with my purchasing personally). I am watching her move up in the company and I'm so proud of her (& don't even know her outside of Cash America). For someone so young... it's so inspiring! If I could give 0 stars I would. Arrived in time before they closed to take out an item that was on layaway. I believe her name is Cynthia she is the new store owner. Ever since she took over the store its customer service has gone under. She is very rude, unprofessional, lazy, and doesn't want to help anyone out. Amber was by far the best. And when I told her in the correct way she got an attitude and told me she wasn't going to do it because she wanted to leave right away and I said its before close and she said I know but I'm not doing it right now come back tomorrow at 10:30. I drove an hour to get to that store. I don't my business anywhere else because of how amber treated. But after this incident I would never be going again. I wouldn't trust this pawn shop if I was you my boyfriend pawned his PlayStation 4 and got it back 3 Days Later missing his ear piece and his charger connect to the hand controller I used to go there all the time but I had an incident myself where the lady put my money on another item that I pawned and I told her it was for a specific item so when I went back to pay on it they tried to tell me that I lost my item not because of my mistake be because of their workers mistake they never want to own up to anything this pawn shop is not right and they don't have any kind of customer service whatsoever and wasn't willing to replace the piece that they lost so be aware if you Pawn your stuff you might not get everything that you pawned back or in the...
