Vape City — Local services in Fort Worth

I’m honestly not sure about the products they sell, that part could be great. However, the location on Alta Mere has some serious management concerns. I have a family member who started working in early November. Since then, he has only missed one day of work due to illness. But has picked up shifts for people who call in or take a day off. This location has been through three store managers in this short time. I believe a new DM or two as well. The management doesn’t know how to create a schedule that is conducive for employees. And when you question it, it gets worse or better yet they cut your hours and say “we don’t give 40 hours, you do that by picking up shifts Bro” On at least four occasions when working a 2-10 or 10-6 the person coming in to relieve has either no called no showed or NO ONE was even scheduled! Or you’re scheduled to get off at 10pm and be back at 6am, but your coverage doesn’t show… So they send someone from Plano & you have to stay until after midnight for them to show. (Is that legal, I thought it was 8 hours between working hours for safety reasons) The hourly wage is absolutely terrible for the area this store is in. And having young men and women working overnight with zero security is extremely unsafe. This location and the one on McCart have been robbed MULTIPLE TIMES. As stated before, they may have great products but in order to be successful you absolutely have to have good management and this specific location...

This is my GO TO smoke shop, they have everything and all at really good prices! Even better they're 24 hours so night owls and night shift workers like me, can still get some after getting off! The guy that helped me was Larry, he's super cool and knows his stuff! Unfortunately, i couldn't give 5 stars because lately its been hot as a BI* in there! Literally on the thermostat it said 92 and that was at like 10 oclock at night!! I dont know how poor Larry was able to withstand that all day but these guys should really do something about the a/c its been...

Vape citty.is where you need to be I've been going for the better part of a year and I loved every visit all the employees are freaking amazing the black guy especially know his craft ...... the store has just about every thing you could.want except drinks very clean and friendly environment I definitely recommend for the service alone but the prices is even better I use to get me gooddies else where but now it's vape city every pay day .... if you read this being on the fence about going and trying it out don't worry...
