WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS- I literally just came through the drives thru. I first requested to have two separate transactions. I was told they were unable to do that When got to the window I request the GM name. The man at the window went to talk to the manager on duty and stated that they could not give me the information, it was on the internet. I request the name of the manager on duty and the man at the window shut the window and began to talk to an employee on the line .Then that employee came to the window and ask what was up I told him I was just trying to get the name of the manager on duty that refused to give me any information. The name that was given was Bryce. He again ask me what was up, I then said nothing and ask for my food. When I got my food something told me to check. So I pulled into the parking lot to check my food. The employee that came to the window previously was on the line and was the one who prepared my food. My taco was smashed and the chalupas and taco was almost rolled into a ball. I didn't think asking for information would in turn get relation. When did it become okay to sabotage a customer's food? Taco Bell. I'm very disappointed and it makes me wonder that this employee has been doing this to other customers and is this the president and/or standards of Taco Bell? I immediately went back through the drive-thru and explained that I would like a refund that my order was wrong and destroyed. At first he told me I would have to come back tomorrow to get a refund. I explained to him that I have already paid for my food and I do not understand why you sabotaged my food and that I took pictures.THEN he told me that if I could prove that the food was smashed that he would give me a refund. What kind of crap is that? So you refuse to give me information, He sabotaged and destroy my food, And then tell me I have to wait til tomorrow to get a refund? I am very disappointed on how this situation was handled. End the end, the man at the window did give me a receipt for my refunded food, we will see in the next 3-5 business days. But I am not ok with an employee thinking it's ok to do what he did not matter how much he didn't like the situation. If this is Taco Bell's standard then I think I am done with Taco Bell for good and I think you should be too.

I literally told the lady I wanted ×2 $5 breakfast boxes...SIDE NOTE I WAS OVER CHARGED AND I WASNT GIVEN THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF FOOD ITEM'S THAT COME WITH THIS ORDER!!! so why was it written up this way.. 🤔 besides the lady at the register is always making some sort of excuse of why this and why that but literally didn't apply to my situation or the meal. Do not let the lady MOUTH HUSTLE YOU because she will try.. just polite tell her she is incorrect and keep moving forward with your complaints.

I’m just fed up with restaurants providing terrible service and incorrect orders. I specifically ask for a soft taco no cheese due to my child being deathly allergic. So what happens when I don’t double check my order (which NEVER happens) and my son eats this? Assuming he survives who pays for the hospital bill? Who pays for more epipens? Taco Bell or Yum! are you going to be the one to pay for this? 99% of the time we make our own foods at home for him but here and there we like to let him eat out like everyone else and let him eat foods he typically doesn’t have the luxury of eating BUT way too many times restaurants get his meals wrong and put him in danger. Most people definitely take eating out for granted but mistakes like this are life or death situations for some of us and honestly it’s ridiculous the percentage of orders that are wrong. Sorry about the wrinkled receipt in the photo I assumed it was trash before double checking the order.

I’m just fed up with restaurants providing terrible service and incorrect orders. I specifically ask for a soft taco no cheese due to my child being deathly allergic. So what happens when I don’t double check my order (which NEVER happens) and my son eats this? Assuming he survives who pays for the hospital bill? Who pays for more epipens? Taco Bell or Yum! are you going to be the one to pay for this? 99% of the time we make our own foods at home for him but here and there we like to let him eat out like everyone else and let him eat foods he typically doesn’t have the luxury of eating BUT way too many times restaurants get his meals wrong and put him in danger. Most people definitely take eating out for granted but mistakes like this are life or death situations for some of us and honestly it’s ridiculous the percentage of orders that are wrong. Sorry about the wrinkled receipt in the photo I assumed it was trash before double checking the order.

This Taco Bell NEVER gets my order correct. I use the Taco Bell app to order thinking that there is a better chance that my order will be made correctly if it’s received in writing. I order from the 4650N. Tarrant Pkwy. location because it is the closest to me. I going to have to stop ordering from this Taco Bell and make the longer drive to a different location. Everybody makes mistakes. After all, we are human. That is understandable. However, when my order is wrong 100% of the time when I pick-up from this location, there’s something wrong! I guess they must have been out of the seasoned rice tonight and didn’t want to tell me. I had five different items on my order tonight. Two of the items come with the seasoned rice on them normally. The other three items, I paid an extra $0.60 each to add the seasoned rice. Once I get home, one by one, each item is unwrapped to discover that not a single one of them has any seasoned rice at all. Are they out or did they make a mistake five times in a row? Either way, my money was taken for the purchase of a product that I did not receive. I’m a disabled person and it’s difficult to get out and drive anywhere. Therefore, going back to this Taco Bell to complain is not a possibility at my disposal. I did try calling but nobody answers the phone. I tried to call seven times over the course of an hour and a half. Nobody ever answered the phone. This tells me that it’s intentional. With the complete lack of competence that I’ve witnessed from this location, I’m sure they choose not to answer the phone considering it’s likely an unhappy customer calling to complain. I’ll have to wait until daytime business hours and call again to speak to a manager. I’m not sure if that will help just as I’m sure that writing this review will not help correct the situation. Maybe wasting my time to write this review will warn other potential customers and persuade them to order from a different Taco Bell or a different restaurant all together. Hopefully I will save someone else from the same frustration that I experience every time that I make the mistake of ordering from this Taco Bell rather than driving farther away or choosing a different drive thru...

Please review the pictures I've added as well! I just left this location 10 minutes ago. I ordered a triple layered nacho $1 and a cheesy crunch. This is something i order EVERY sunday for my 1 year old and two year old for the past two years from this location. AS OF TODAY THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS AND THE BUSINESS OF THOUSANDS IN THIS AREA ONCE I PASS OUT THESE FLYERS ABOUT THE LACK OF QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS RESTAURANT HAS. IT'S Really A DISAPPOINTMENT GIVEN I'VE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUE WITH MY FOOD OR SERVICE UNTIL TODAY. THEY FLOPPED A HALF SCOOP OF DRIED CHEESE ON ONE CHIP AND SQEEZED A PACKAGE OF HOT SAUCE ON TWO CHIPS AND GAVE IT TO ME. I KINDLY ASK THE LADY AT THE DRIVE THROUGH (HER NAME IS ON THE RECEIPT I POSTED) iF SHE COULD ASK THE COOK TO PUT CHEESE AND BEANS (WHICH WAS MISSING ALTOGETHER) ON MOST OF THE CHIPS BECAUSE IT WAS ON THAT ONE SHE CAME BACK TO THE WINDOW AND SAID HER MANAGER SAID THIS IS THE PORTION IT COMES WITH IF I WOULD LIKE MORE THAN PAY EXTRA... 😕😕 DISBELIEF!!!!!! I SAID WOW AND POLITELY ASK WHAT HER MANAGER NAME WAS AND SHE STATED BRITTANY AND I SAID THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU ENJOY THE REST OF YOUR DAY AND LEFT. I DROVE OVER TO THE GAS STATION THREW THE FOOD IN THE TRASH AND TOOK MY KIDS TO RAZZOOS TO EAT SINCE THEY WERE SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ONE CHIP WITH DRIED CHEESE ON IT. IT'S SO SAD YOU CAN'T GET QUALITY SERVICE ANYMORE ESPECIALLY FROM THESE FRANCHISES.
