Tulane’s — Restaurant in Fort Worth

We have been here numerous times. The pizza is always delicious. I went last night for my birthday and the service we received was absolutely terrible. Ethan has always been a jerk but he was a total jack wagon last night. The rudest and most unprofessional i e experienced. It was almost like we were bothering him for being there on a Wednesday night. I would have thought he would have been a little more courteous to us since we were the only customers there. He has been there as long as we have been going. Since 2020, trying to help our local businesses out. He made me and my family feel like we were nothing. My husband kept trying to make conversation and the bartender (that pours premixed drinks) wouldn’t even engage. I 100% recommend the food, I 100% would not recommend staying and eating it. Take it to go and buy your drinks somewhere else. Unless you like...

Was very excited to try this place, looked promising and love supporting local. Went inside and sat at a table available (mind you ALL tables were available) with only a few people sitting at the bar. We waited 20 minutes, completely ignored, person at the bar walked away from the bar TWICE to go out to the patio - so he could have potentially asked if we needed any help. It was our first visit and will definitely be our last. This place has the worst service and I don’t want to play the race card but we were the only people with color in there and all the other caucasians looked like they had good service. At this point, bars at 7th street have better service than this....

Someone told me about this spot bc I had NEVER seen or heard of it. I would have been better off NEVER going. The guy behind the bar was very rude and unwelcoming. I’m not sure how a business is ran with terrible front of the house service. I was very attentive with how the bartender interacted with my party and others there - I noticed a difference. I won’t pull the race card I just won’t patronize the business anymore and will be sure to steer away any future business from those that I know.
