Update on my review IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!!!! I was contacted by a district manager who was very nice and was given a 25 dollar gift card for my troubles. So I went to this location on 3/30/24 with my son food quality was great service was ok ish I was sat in the back next to were the staff inters the orders and my whole meal I had to listen to the staff talk bad about there customers and they showed no respect or concerns about me being there and them disturbing my dinner. On Monday 4/01/24 I went to the location for dinner by myself and again was sat in the very back by were the food orders were put in restaurant was not that busy so I figured would be quite well I was wrong the whole meal I had to listen to the staff talk and sing my whole meal. I ordered coffee and a water I was giving no silverware or napkins or nothing so I asked for a spoon to stir my coffee took five minutes and then was given a fork not a spoon food was brought out and still had to ask for utensils also had to ask for my condiments multiple times when my coffee refill was brought out it was nasty like mud and full of coffee grinds asked for my burger to be medium came out pretty raw I ate it cause I didn't want to make a screen I have given this location a honest try and don't think I will be back. I have called the district managers number to no avail just been getting answered and hung up on.
Went for happy hour person that sat us was very rude are waitress took 15 mins to even come to our table food took a long time to come out once ordered and was all over cooked and you could tell it sat under warming light for a long time.
There were 3 staff members cleaning the section next to where my wife and I were sitting cussing talking about having hair lice and were very rude and Everytime I made eye contact with them they would say I sorry then get right back to being rude and saying all sorts of inappropriate things for a work place

Read moreI went to apple bees to have a nice dinner but then when we got there no one took our order we waited there for a about 20 minutes and finally someone thought to take our order the lady took our order and a few minutes later brought our appetizers my father ordered the Buffalo wings but instead the lady brought us barbecue and they never brought the wings my mother ordered as well when we were trying to ask the waiter about it, we couldn’t find her at all. It took us a few minutes to finally find out where she was. We asked her to fix it and she went to the back, but only fixed my father‘s wings and never brought my mom’s The next thing that happened was that my grandmother ordered a steak well done, but when she got the steak, it was pink inside and when we asked for the people to fix it, they took it and they took really long to cook it when they finally brought it back. It still wasn’t even well done so my grandmother couldn’t enjoy her meal. The next thing that happened was The waitress didn’t bring us any silverware at all and when we asked her to bring us some, she put it right in front of my baby brother who is one years old and could easily grab the knife that was put there The next thing that happened was usually when you’re at a restaurant they ask to refill your drink, but our table they didn’t even ask which we thought wasn’t really normal they took really long to bring our food and And they kept on messing up with our orders And when we would try to talk to the waitresses, they wouldn’t even look at us my father had to get up from his seat and actually go over to the Waitresses and ask them to help us. This is a really bad experience And I’m second-guessing if I should go to this Applebee’s again and just so you guys know the waitresses...
Read moreSat in the bar on a Wednesday night. Two tables with people two people at the bar, one table was leaving. Waited10 minutes for somebody to come by and ask about drinks. we ordered food. Our waitress disappeared thirty minutes later the bartender asked if we needed anything. He checked on our food. And delivered two of the meals. He asked if there was anything else. I. Mentioned that we had 3 meals ordered. He said, sir. I only have two hands in a smart ass tone. I had ordered all you could eat ribs. After he served us he asked if I would like him to place the order for the other items in the all you can eat menu. I said yes. He proceeded to walk past me 5 to six times as he served other people never checking back regarding the order that I had placed. The manager walked by and asked if there was anything I needed and how things were. I said yeah, you could check on the order that I placed 20 minutes ago for the rest of my all you can eat. He never showed back up. After standing at the door were the waiters and waitresses go in and out? He came out with 2 or 3 chicken wings at that point he could see that I was upset. And said sorry, but somebody in the back was training. Not that that's any excuse. I told him keep his food. Give me my bill. I wanna get out of here. Horrible service, don't go there.
