I recently tried this place as I was reading all these great reviews and decided to give it a try. The food was great no complaints on that. What made me not want to come back was the costumer service they provided, they were rude and when asked for things such as plates and salsas, it seemed as if they were irritated and gave attitude that we asked. I had heard that they had good salsas and wanted to try it for myself and as we ordered plenty of food I feel like I wasn’t asking for something that was worth getting attitude from, if necessary i would have paid extra for it if it was such an issue with getting some. There was a family that went in around the same time and you could tell they knew them and the treatment was completely different as they were talking smiling with them. As for us even when I ordered they did not have a single smile or any nice expressions just seemed as if they didn’t want to be there. When we finished dining in we were on our way out and said thank you regardless of the way they were and the the older lady just gave us an ugly stare and nobody responded to us. I did not talk to anyone in the restaurant about this or made a complaint because it’s obvious they were not in the mood as they couldn’t even respond to to a single thank you and no they were not busy. It was lonely with only a couple dining in so it’s not like they didn’t hear us. I am writing this review because that’s what it’s for to give feedback and a review on the place. I just hope that you guys take this feedback and change the way you make your costumers feel, yes not everyone is nice and might have a bad attitude, but as a small business your customer service should be a priority as this will bring customers back. Read moreIf this rating was solely on food it would be higher. We got the hoagies, pretty decent. However when we went in person they told us your not eating here no dining at 5 pm they close in an hour so rude right off the bat. Then lady asked what do you want before we even had a chance to look at the menu. To make matters worse and the reason for the low rating is this place is so unsanitary. Nobody wore gloves, all food was handled without gloves and no hairnet. My son had a hair in his sandwich threw half away, and these are about $12 not the $8.50 shows online. My meat was pink in my sandwich so threw mine away too. Wish we saved our money and left after the rude greeting from staff. We will NEVER eat here again nor do we recommend.
Nice reply owner how very professional to call your customers cowards for voicing our real experiences. Safe health practices especially during the pandemic is not optional or cowardly. If you had any sense whatsoever you would lay off the insults to your customers and get with the program of practicing & implementing health safety as your #1 practice for all your customers! Read moreThis place has a confusing and unneeded layout, the cash register is directly in front of the door making it easily crowded, also I ordered a steak sandwich and there was a steak sandwich that had just come off the grill and was complete but it was apart of someone else’s order but the worker at the cash register looked at Bernardo and told him it was my sandwich and eventually handed me the sub and a minute later as I was unwrapping the white paper wrapping off the sub, Bernardo snatched the sandwich from my hand and angrily told me it was not my sandwich so the cashier lady told Bernardo that it was indeed my sandwich because she gave it to me but Bernardo refused to give back the sandwich and served it to another customer as I waited for a new one to be made.
