If you have ever lived in a city that has a Jimmie John's, you know that Subway and Firehouse Subs aren't sufficient, or even comparable. In fact, for several years, we have been on countless treks similar to Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle, in search of the perfect sandwich. In search of... Jimmie John's. We have been to Jimmie John's in: Tucson, Tempe, Phoenix, Buckeye, Casa Grande, and Havasu (Arizona), Lubbock, Midland/Odessa, and Spring (Texas), Boise, Meridian, and Nampa (Idaho), Mission Viejo, Temecula, Whittier, and Riverside (California), Casper, Cheyenne, Rock Springs, and Laramie (Wyoming), Henderson and Las Vegas (Nevada), Albuquerque, Hobbs, Las Cruces, and Roswell (New Mexico), and Colorado Springs, Grand Junction, Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Littleton, Loveland, Steamboat, and Longmont (Colorado). After all of those visits, we consider ourselves to be connoisseurs of the sandwich and we give Jersey Mike's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, 👍👍, and 👑 them the 🥪🤴in the☀️🌇 on 🌎!! If you are still eating at those "other" sandwich joints, you haven't been to Jersey Mike's, and I recommend you drop what you are eating right now, and get to Jersey Mike's for a real (and really delicious) sammie. Don't know what to order 1st? Try the Big Kahuna (a spicy, hot sandwich) or the Stickball Special (not spicy, cold sandwich), and a brownie👇 (these suckers are the icing on the cake, the cherry on top, the bee's knees, the cat's pajamas, the best thing since sliced bread, the bomb, the sh*t, awesome sauce, the... pièce de résistance (maybe buy 2, start with a brownie, then your sandwich, and finish the meal with second dessert...). Also, all of their meats are antibiotic free (ya know..if you concern yourself with issues like this, like you should be😐) Tip: You can save time by ordering online or through their app, and they DO have a rewards program..with what? Well, a FREE🎉 birthday🎉 meal, that's what. If you got all the way through this review and DIDN'T rush out to Jersey Mike's for a brownie and a Big Kahuna, you weren't REALLY interested in a worthy meal anyway, and the sneeze guard 🤧🥪🤢 at Sub(par)Way is probably more your speed. Everyone else... You. Are....
Read moreWell, this visit was not good. Last time I went they were out of tomatoes(funny Fry's market had loads of them down the street). Whoever heard of a tomato-less sub? This time, they were out of green peppers and roast beef. And let me tell you that the lettuce was getting tan. Folks before me ordered a salad bowl and I watched the worker trying to dig under the lettuce for fresh, but believe me it was not happening. I almost said no to the lettuce but.... Well I wish I did because when I was eating it (at home) I found 2 small pieces that were greenish-gray; making me almost ralph! Now the bread. We usually get the parm-rosemary bread. This bread today appeared as if it wasn't proofed correctly (hence it did not rise fully). It was shorter than normal and the girth size lacked too. And it certainly was not baked all the way. The last few trips we both mentioned that the sandwiches looked like they shrunk some (we split the giant and the price sure did not shrink). The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the meat is high quality. The crew on duty did not seem to function as smoothly as other crews that worked there. I never minded plunking down money for their sandwiches in the past, because I received quality and felt it was a good deal. Well I am not too comfortable plunking down 18 and some change for just this sub. I will try the Jersey Mikes on the other side of town next time. If they are not better I am done with JM's. It's ashame because we always said they were the best we ever stuffed in our gobs and we...
Read morePlaced an order on door dash. Contacted the store and spoke with a very nice gentleman. Let him know I just placed the order and if they could please put extra extra extra vinegar and oil on our bowls. We get our bowls and mixed them to get ready to eat. Our bowls had no vinegar or oil on them. I call back to the store letting them know what was wrong with our bowls. The gentleman I was speaking with handed the phone to the “manager” whom was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her for her name she would not reply. She began repeating again what she did herself. I asked for her name with no reply again. I asked again and she said Maggie. I then asked to speak with the owner or the manager. She stated you can wait on hold. The Manager Dan gets on the phone i explain everything again. He stated he will handle his own employees and what would I like for him to do for me. I explained I would like my refund. He asked for the ticket number and then says oh I can’t do that you will have to get your refund from door dash.
I have placed many…….. orders from this location. Never have I had a problem until today. It’s pretty sad when the employees are more professional and have better customer service than the lead...
