First off, this restaurant has a really great atmosphere, and their menu looks good as well. So, after we ordered and say down, half of our party received their bread sticks. They were hot on the outside, and barely lukewarm on the inside. Not even sure how that's possible. Shortly thereafter, same half of our party received their pizza. By now its been about 25 minutes, and we haven't received our own bread sticks or our pizza. We noticed that the two parties that ordered after us have all received their food, so we ask an employee where it is, and they assure us it's on the way. The manager comes out and tells us there was a mistake in the kitchen and they made 2 pizzas, both wrong, and that ours was coming out, but that the pizza would be taken off the check for the inconvenience. About 10 minutes later, we received our pizza and bread sticks, and neither are hot - both are barely lukewarm. Which I guess was fine since the rest of our party had already eaten and were ready to go, so we got a to go box and went to pay our bill. When we get to the register, the cashier hands us the check, and the pizza is still on there. Again, not a big deal, because we ate the cold pizza, so whatever, but we told her anyway because the manager was behind her, and he said "just take off the last 2 beers" Okay, well the beers were 5 or 6 bucks a piece, the pizza was 24 dollars. Doesn't really add up, but it was par for the course. Maybe we'll give them another shot in the future,...
Read moreIt's a nice looking restaurant, everything is clean and all, but the food was my main concern. I've gone twice so far, and both times were iffy. The first time I bought a chicken bacon ranch pizza, and waited for about a half hour for it, which I didn't mind they were decently busy. I left and opened it and it was hardly a pizza. It was maybe a little bigger than the length of my hand, so I'd say about 8 or so inches on average. I say on average because it wasn't a circle, it was weird and uneven, so some slices were bigger than others, which was fine, but I was surprised how small it was. I expected for 20 or so bucks it would be a full size pizza, not a single serve one from pizza hut, which are about a third of the price. I stared eating, hoping that the quality would make up for the size, but the chicken was greasy and grisly. I was constantly picking gristle out of the chicken after I'd take a bite. I figured that it was still newish, so I'd go back once they figured out the pizza making process. I went back about a month or two later, and ended up with about the same experience. The pizza this time was just bad though, I don't know how that much grease is even possible from the meat. It looked and smelled like a foot after a rough day in football practice. All in all it's been too overpriced and not good enough quality for what it is. I will give it one more chance though, so here's to hoping that it's worthwhile on the...
Read moreThey’ve done a great job remodeling this place and the staff and owner have been great every time I’ve visited this place. Which is why I debated even leaving this review. The one star is based solely on the quality, or lack there of, the pizza. Three times and I’ve tried three different pizzas, they’ve all been bad at best. As a last ditch effort, I tried a plain cheese pizza. It’s the second worst pizza I’ve ever had, but that’s only because I ate a slice of pizza off of a Chinese buffet as a joke once. I have a hard time believing all of the people who have posted they liked the pizza. Look at the pictures. The crust is thick, greasy cardboard and the sauce and cheese is minimal. I’ve heard the wings are okay but I’ve never tried them and probably never will at this point. I hope they change the pizza recipe because this location has potential. I ate one slice and so did my girlfriend, she called dibs on the rest of the breadsticks so we threw the rest of the pizza away. I ended up eating a frozen pizza instead and it was an upgrade. I hate...
