The first time I sank my teeth into a McDonald’s Big Mac, it felt like I was unlocking a hidden level of flavor that I never knew existed. That iconic combination of two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions on a sesame seed bun—it’s not just a burger, it’s a masterpiece of fast food engineering. The way the special sauce ties everything together is nothing short of miraculous. Every bite takes you on a journey, from the tangy pickles to the melt-in-your-mouth beef, with just the right amount of crunch from the lettuce. And don’t even get me started on the fries—golden, crispy perfection that pairs perfectly with every bite of the burger. It’s like McDonald’s has perfected the art of comfort food, delivering that satisfying, can’t-get-enough flavor every single time. Honestly, after that first Big Mac experience, I knew my taste buds had been forever changed. The first time I tried McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets, it was like discovering a new level of snack heaven. These little golden bites are pure magic—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The crunch as you bite into one is like music to your ears, and the flavor? It’s something you can’t easily forget. There’s just the right amount of seasoning to make each nugget burst with savory goodness. And let’s talk about the sauces—whether you’re a fan of the tangy BBQ, the sweet and sour, or the classic honey mustard, each dip takes the experience to a whole new level. It’s like these nuggets were designed to be the ultimate comfort food, perfect for any time of day. After that first taste, I knew I’d never look at chicken the same way again. McDonald’s has a way of turning something as simple as a nugget into an unforgettable treat that you can’t...
Read moreIt's pretty good as far as McDonald's goes, with a few areas of weakness. As far as its pros, it's open 24/7 and has a drive-thru. The staff typically gets orders correct, but like any fast food establishment, there's no guarantee of that. As for some of the cons, the good prep staff doesn't seem to care much about the quality of the food. For example, I ordered a very standard McDouble with cheese, and it was dry as a bone. I might have seen a minuscule dot of ketchup and mustard, but it was nowhere near what it should have had. Small things like that make all the difference and can make it break the meal/experience. Availability of common items is not always guaranteed. I often order their frozen core, but the machine only works half the time. Same with the soft serve. Occasionally the drive-thru staff can be a little rude. Basically, it's nice having it there when you need a quick bite, but there's certainly room for improvement. And the McDonald's app, which is not specific to this store is terrible. It has some nice deals but redeeming your points for food items is a joke. You build up a nice bankroll of points but when you go to redeem them, only a tiny fraction of the menu is available to choose from. And if you redeem your points for an item, it counts as a deal and you are only limited to one. If you earn the points by spending money on other items, there shouldn't be such limitations on how you can use them later. Feels like a total scam, so I just stopped using the app altogether. And it definitely used to impact how often I went there. Seems like they kind of shot themselves in the foot in that one, if you ask me, but sadly no one from the company ever does (sad...
Read moreWent through the drive through at 3am. Placed my order, received it.. drove home to find it was wrong when I took out my food. Drove all the way back to exchange it for what I really ordered. The guy at window proceeded to imply that I was lying and that he gave me what I ordered.. I explained to him that I always order the same thing and I would never have ordered what he gave me. Anyway he reluctantly agreed to give me what asked for, but he wouldn't give me a fresh order of fries because I had eaten some on the drive home.. I explained to him that I had to drive all the way home and back because of their mistake yet he doesn't didn't want to replace my order of fries.. i have never experienced such bad customer service before.. the burger I ended up getting in the end was undercooked and soft/soggy. I noticed that this location seems to consistently undercook the beef on the quarter pounder patties. I think I'll have to start going to the Carl's Jr across the street if I'm ever in the area and want a quick meal.
I have honestly been going to this McDonald's location for over 20 years, and this guy ruined this location in my mind for an order of fries.. he could have easily just replaced my order and I would have gone home happy even though I had to drive back and forth because of their mistake. I wish I didn't go to this location tonight because this McDonald's is forever tarnished in my mind.. i won't be going to this location ever again.. There are too many other options around that it simply...
