Do yourself a favor and patronize any other pizza joint but these guys. We've tried several times to support our local business but have been disappointed on all but a single occasion.
The orders (placed online or by telephone) are either not ready when promised or in the case of the online experience, the discounts offered it advertised never get properly applied.
When Corporate was contacted and we shared the experience by their website, they promised to pass the comments to the local franchise. Never heard back from them or Corporate ever again...total blow-off and lip service.
Our last attempt to pickup from them was met with rude, arrogant employees who seemed to care less about offering any explanation as to why the latest poor experience. We shared the disappointing hour wait after they stated "order pick-up" with several others waiting by the front door for their (late) orders...mass chaos!
These guys have the potential to offer good food at a decent price, but their service and attitude toward their customer sucks big time...I'll choose somewhere else for my future business and hope they go bust and are replaced.

Read moreI'm really disappointed in the Fountain Hills Rosati's, especially since we've had good experiences previously. But I guess things have changed. I logged on to their website to see what coupons they have and they offered a $25 meal deal for two pizzas and a two-liter, see attached screen grab. I ordered on the phone and mentioned the couple.
When I got to the store they said it would be $32 and the math didn't make sense, because tax isn't that much. When I asked why, Kevin (the manager maybe) said that special is now more expensive and showed me his printed menu. I explained their website still said $25 but he didn't seem to care.
So I said I'd pass on the order if they didn't honor the website price. Kevin replied that I'd be banned from future orders. Okay, I guess they just lost me as a customer for life. Which is kind of stupid over a $7 delta, especially since they already made the product. He should have honored the web coupon, updated the site, and had a life-long customer. Dumb.
I don't normally write reviews, but I have 20 minute free while I wait for pizza from another place up the road. It's sad, but Rosati's Fountain Hills done...
Read moreI'm so sorry to be the bearer of negative news, but I was terribly disappointed with my delivery from this location this past Friday night. I LOVE the other Rosati's locations I've ordered from. I ordered a deep dish pizza with meatballs and when it arrived, the dough wasn't fully cooked, and the pizza subsequently tasted very funny. I called and asked how hot they set their oven and how long they'd recommend I bake it to cook it through. If it was my restaurant, I would have probably offered to replace the pie, but no such offer came. I was advised to bake at 500 for 4 or 5 minutes. This did not completely do the job so I threw out the pie that had cost nearly $30 with tax, delivery, and tip. Not sure that I'll take a chance on delivery again and I will definitely not order a deep...
