Wow the food is always prepared deliciously, and most the time it melts in your mouth. I would strongly suggest to stay away from the light platter. When you purchase sides for a dollar sixty you get a Bountiful helping of whatever you choose. However there are somewhat stringent with the sides that come with the played and platters. My favorite is just the pork sandwich for 4 and 50 Cent and to order a side of sweet potato crunch the very best there ever is and to compliment my meal with one of the Great sweet teas. The only thing that I can see that that they should be a little bit more generous in their giving up sides in their plates and platters. This food is FIRE! So so so GOOD! The Cajun pintos, the sweet baked beans, Mac and cheese, slaw.. all literally some of the best I’ve ever ate anywhere. Especially the baked beans!!!! 🤤 literally can’t brag enough about all the sides. The pulled pork is delicious and their sweet bbq sauce is phenomenal with the perfect amount vinegar and sweet combination. Ribs are great quality, lots of meat, and little greasy fat. My #1 place for ribs..

Buckys did a trial serving of smoked brisket today.. They will add it to the menu if feed back is positive... Well I thought it was great.... Very tender...the Bark Had unbelievable smoke flavor.... You could cut it with a fork... I hope to see brisket as a regular item on the menu..Soon
