Marie was the best! She is very sweet and has great customer service! She was working alone, but was fast and smoothies were delicious. My only complaint, and it's a big one is how incredibly hot it was in there. The A/C is broken and you felt it upon immediately opening the doors. I was sweating within a minute of standing in there and I was only there for 5 minutes. My husband couldn't even stay, he had to leave immediately. And this was 7:30 at night, so I can only imagine what it's like during the day. I feel horrible for the employees, this is not a safe working environment, especially with this summer heat approaching. I was complaining the whole time and Marie just maintained her positivity. Wow!!! These smoothies are amazing!! But REALLy wanna give a HUGE shout out and thank you to the incredible wing tipped, pigtail black hair smoothie maker on Saturday September 3rd at like 11AM!! She was throwing down and it looked like nobody else was making smoothies or helping her! Amazing, fast, attentive and hard working! She was petite and I wish I would have got her name so I could give her some credit! Please give her a raise! A bonus! Some PTO or something because this lady was the master! Absolutely terrible experience. I hate giving bad reviews, but man this Jamba Juice is one to skip. Apart from not being rung up for over 5 minutes because they “didn’t see me” to them remaking my order 3 times, this is a 1 star review. I told them I had an allergy and I watched them put the food I was allergic to into my bowl, and then try to scoop it out and serve to me rather than remake with clean equipment. Cutting corners can make people sick. The management needs to train these employees better on customer service but most importantly on the important offer knowing allergens and taking food allergies seriously.
