I came here a few times in the past around midnight and the customer service was decent. I came here tonight at 1:30 and the lady working here was so rude for no reason. I just came up to her to say that I was here for a togo order and that I am not in line to order but she said something like, "I have to make it. You have to wait 15 minutes after placing the order." Excuse me but I actually placed the order a few minutes before entering the store, and I didn't say/imply that I was expecting my order to be ready. Also I didn't know talking to a customer/doing your job is such an inconvenience for you. I understand that you're alone but that's no reason to be so rude. I read some of the reviews of this subway and other people seem to have the same problem with this lady. If she gets paid $20+ an hour, there is no god. Instead of just replying to reviews, the owner should re-train her on a different shift with other employees so she can see what good customer service looks like.
Edit: when I went inside to pick up my food, she asked if I was there for pickup. I said "yes" and she said it was ready. She didn't even ask my name so I asked if the bag I received had two philly subs and she gave me a weirdest look and said "yes" with an attitude like I should have the ability to see through paper and verify that the subs I was holding were indeed the two philly subs that I ordered. Does she have some kind of mental illness or was she raised that way? I am never coming to this...
Read moreI ordered a number, the chicken and bacon foot long, I instructed her to make it exactly as it was described with no onions and tomatoes since I was watching my friend's truck filled with her belongings as we were moving and it was already dark I would wait by the door. My friend finished her order and paid for my sandwiches as well as some other, which I thank her so very much! Love you! 🤟 💕 😘 well I get home and I have a foot long with chicken, bacon and melted cheese...........hmmm. If she could have at least added lettuce I would have appreciated that but she added nothing else. I mean I was less than 10 feet away I came to the door more then once yet she acted like she understood what I ordered. I guess my son scored cause he had a snack for later but there went my dinner! Just a little follow through or initiative would have been appreciated. She could have been shy I guess but damn it...
Read moreI’ve been to many subways and this one was the worst I saw the worker grab a bread and I asked her if she could give me a fresh bread she gave me an excuse that the owners are trying to save money I talked to one of their workers when they have old bread from another day they try to give it to people so I was one of the people today so I got home the way she made it I couldn’t even lift it to pick it up and eat it it fell apart the way they made it was backwards my meat was falling off it was cold and they put the vegetables first if you want good service go somewhere else because you will be disappointed and the people even if you ask to make it your way they don’t do it . They want to do it their way never coming here again I thought subway takes care of their clients but this subway didn’t...
