Whoa, I wouldn't say I loved it, but I definitely enjoyed immensely, the food that entered my stomach after exchanging mere dollars for quite a lot of food, too much food maybe, I think I got the order behind me as well as my own, would go again if I wasn't chased down all the way to my house and aggressively told to return and pay for the food I was mistakenly given, otherwise the employee would've lost their job, he actually got fired for leaving work for an extended period of time while costumers waited at the drive thru. So I paid for the food for no reason! I could've just waited until he left and ran in to make the food myself, as if I worked there, then just leave and not say anything to anyone because they thought I was an actual employee having a bad day and in anger made food poorly and just left, causing the actual employee to get fired because the manager thought they were being completely out of line when saying they didn't even work there that day and it must've been someone else. Anyway, I didn't wait for anyone to leave, I waited in line behind some a-hole that took my order and the employee left without giving me any food, and there was only two people inside acting as if I wasn't even there and the other throwing food everywhere. Read moreNormally a perfect experience here, I come to this one semi-regularly since the one on Brookhurst is currently being renovated. Other than tonight's visit, the staff are always on point and really friendly.
Tonight though, the person taking orders had quite a few issues with getting the correct items. All I asked for was a $5 box with modifications on 2 of the items in it, and I was instead rang up for the $5 box, 4 beef tacos, 1 cinnamon twist, and 11 hot sauces. I had to ask for the order to be started over which wouldn't have been so bad but after each time I said something (earlier as well) they gave me my total as if I was finished ordering. It felt very rushed. I didn't even bother asking for the other items I wanted at that point, I was just ready to leave. What's worse, when I paid, I gave my card and was given my order without being given my card back (though that was my fault for not realizing that before driving off). I had to go back through the drive thru again, though this time there was someone else taking orders and they seemed like someone who worked the register normally so I can only assume they left and had perhaps an inexperienced cook at the drive thru while they were doing something else.

Read moreI have been visiting this Taco Bell due to its close proximity for about 4 to 6 times. On 9.28.2025 around 3:54PM, the cashier, Dayana/Diana (see image to see this impatient, awkwardly rude person) was uncooperative during a card transaction, and when the same card successfully paid the third time, she does not confirm nor deny the payment. One of her coworkers mentioned to me that she's always has an unprofessional comportment in the worksite. Essentially, I EXPECT this unhappy Dayana/Diana seeks another line of work because I will continue to come to this place out of close proximity. She has created this subvert tension among her other co-employees per the testimony of another employee, who apologized for her un-adult behavior today, saying she has done this several times before. Dayana/Diana typically has that short-sighted demeanor but today went over the line, madly raising her voice "cash" three times, and she needs to be removed from her employment at 16252 Harbor Blvd, Santa...
