We often eat at this restaurant. As it is the closest location to our. Regrettably. Nine out of 10 times when we come in the order is wrong. Every single time we go in theres something missing. Even if we are the only patrons. and it never fails that they always forget the receipt there is never a receipt I have never received a receipt in the many years that I've come to this location.
Today was real special though coming back in as routine would have me. we came to the drive-through check the order and then have to walk back inside.
as if it were some big secret among the not busy employees we just came out of the drive-thru literally 10 seconds prior and we were handed no receipt.
I would ask for a receipt, when I came in inquiring about missing sandwiches. I politely told the employee as I pointed at her co-worker we were not handed a receipt and she just saw me literally 10 seconds ago.
I was immediately thrown a dirty look and she stuttered and stammered over what appeared to be commentary about questioning whether or not I had even bought anything to begin with.
I look at the lady and reminded her that I was not handed a receipt..
So then she begin interrogating her fellow employees to even verify had I even been through the drive-thru.
at this point I'm thoroughly irritated it's a hot 100 degrees outside and I have to do this every time I come and pay good money for food.
Melissa I believe her name was a very polite young lady possibly even the shift leader came out handled it seconds done. an exception to her failure to give us our sandwich at the window because she was at the drive-thru her service was fantastic her attitude her everything.
But whoever this chick was at the counter I had to remind her of my civil rights how her commentary to proceed to treat me like a criminal she assumed immediately that I was a liar and she made that very clear through her facial expressions her disbelief and continually questioning my being a patrron (despite the fact she watched me walk through the door with three bags of food and I set them on the counter in front of her. she never said anything to me even though they were busy I had to address her first)
she couldn't understand how she had insulted me by insisting I was a liar by denying me my service questioning everybody questioning me like she was the police or the judge to see if I had the right to be there.
I am thoroughly pissed off at this one. I don't know if she's fresh out of high school but she needs to be handled this company is already hanging on by a twig with their poor service and if I'm going to be treated like a criminal every time I come and spend good money there... I recommend Wendy's get their works in order before this heads to a civil stage.
I am United States American citizen. I am a good paying patron I am 100% polite and respectful and I expected to be treated the same way by these corporations . We all should. big corporate companies with their underpaid and undereducated employees think they can push everyone around and take your money and do whatever they like and I simply will not stand for it. Read moreI’m done going to this Wendy’s. Maybe it’s just the night crew but either way, I’m done. The last two times i went they gave me the wrong sandwich. First time, i didn’t know until i got home so it was too late. Also, i ordered a double burger and they gave me single patty. So i paid more than what i got. Tonight, they did that again. This time i checked in the parking lot though. They gave me a chicken burger instead of a double pretzel bacon pub burger. Which is the same burger i tried to order last time. I tried to call them but they wouldn’t pick up. Their lobby was locked so i couldn’t go in. I know they close it at night, so they really should answer their phone so there’s a way to tell them when they messed up an order! I waved until one of the workers saw me. He came out, asked what was up, and gave me my actual sandwich. I’m glad he was nice about it but I’m still just over this place. Twice! Two times in a row! I don’t want to have to do all that EVERY time i go to Wendy’s. It’s ridiculous. Also both times they didn’t give me a receipt so i can’t show proof. Again though, when they fixed it this time, the guy was nice and just fixed it. He didn’t give me a problem which was appreciated. But I’m not going through this every time i feel like going to Wendy’s to try there new sandwich. I just want what i ordered and paid for. It’s not that hard. They are not insanely busy either. There was only a few cars which they were slow to take care of anyways. But I’m not gonna complain about the wait, i don’t care. I care about getting what i paid for, what i ordered! There is no excuse. I don’t recommend anyone coming to this Wendy’s, at least at night. Like after 10pm because that’s around the times i went. Maybe day, lunch and evening shifts are better but I won’t be giving them all a try to find out. The first time i tried to give them benefit of the doubt that it was a one time mistake. Read moreI have never been so disgusted and offended in all my life at a fast food restaurant! I did a special order for an double stack with NO CHEESE because I have a allergy. After receiving my order , I checked my sandwich to verify and I noticed that the cook opened up my sandwich and SCRAPED THE CHEESE OFF WITH THERE FINGERS OR HAND! Absolutely disgusting! After immediate shock I went to speak to the manager to ask for an explanation and received attitude from the manager explaining of the justification of the cheese being removed! She didn’t understand how nasty and gross it is for someone to physically remove something from your food with there hands and plus the health factors associated with that. If I would’ve ate the food I could’ve been extremely ill due to my allergy if not die possibly! If a child would have ate the food then the child could have been hurt worse then me! This is unacceptable and wrong in every way , I then asked for my money back which I was then told that I couldn’t get a refund and they would make me another order! I didn’t want another order due to be OVERLY DISGUSTED, and had to argue to finally get my money back. I was treated very poorly by the manager there and was given no empathy or remorse about there actions and was treated like I was the one in the wrong! I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE AND DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO MAKE SURE SOMETHING LIKE THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN!
