New Hong Kong Mobile — Restaurant in Four Corners States

My wife and I have been passing by this truck for a few weeks now and decided to try it out this weekend. I was excited to find out they are associated with New Hong Kong in central Phoenix. New Hong Kong was one of my favorite Chinese restaurants when i worked in that area. Its been a few years since I last visited that location, due to the distance, so i was pleasantly surprised to find they added this mobile version of the restaurant. We were very happy with the service and food. The order was prepared quickly and the food had the same flavors that I enjoyed at the brick and mortar location. We ordered the fried rice, lo mein, orange chicken, beef with brocolli, and the salt and pepper wings. Everything was fresh and made to order. Its nice to have some good chinese food in the area. We called in for pickup. Pork egg rolls were fried nice and crispy. Hubs got general tso chicken, saucy with broccoli and carrots, really good! I got orange shrimp. Really good but just fried shrimp, not a lot of sauce and no veggies, would still order again. Wanted house fried rice but they were out, it was almost closing time though. So we got shrimp lo mein. Lots of good reviews for this Chinese food truck so my expectations were high. Unfortunately the food didn't pan out for me. Made me wonder how real these five star reviews are. Service is friendly and food is prepared pretty quickly. Access is a little tough as there is not much parking around and mostly dirt but not too bad. Food is nothing special and feels it has been stored or cooked earlier and maybe just reheated. I will not coming back...
