La Fiesta — Restaurant in Arizona

I love coming to this place an enjoy the great food, the only issue i had with this place and it's not the first time but as they are closing they are rushing customers to be out by 9 PM. My most recent experience I arrived at 8.30 PM with still plenty of time before closing and chairs were already up for customers not to be able to dine in, salsa bar was closed. Then I approach the register and they tell me straight out dining room is close and what ever I order will have to be to go and I was ok with that. Soonest I'm ready to order also the cook tells the young tall boy that the kitchen is closed and that there's no food. It made me feel very uncomfortable that I only ended buying some of their mexican bread and walking away. I knew and I felt the pressure as I walked in, specially being a regular customer and knowing the of the team members there and I also felt that he was not comfortable as he was letting me. I been in the same situation at that place before but this time it was really out of control as how they trying to operate a business. I'm very sure that the owner will like to be making money until closing, I felt I was forced to leave by them refusing service by telling me if you ordering it have to be to go, then the kitchen cook in the bags tells the young men that theirs no food ?? wow when it was only 8.30 PM and you still have a sign in front window saying you are still OPEN. That is wrong! I totally understand they tired and want to go home but I'm coming in to buy food and spend money, every time I stop there and get food with my family we sped an average of 50 to 65 dls per visit maybe one or twice a week.

As a restaurant staff you don't force your customers to walk away an make them feel uncomfortable. This incident occurred at 8.30 PM 08.18.2022 if the manager or owner are reading please check your cameras and you will see me there with my family and I'm sure i was the last transaction of the day as well after buying mexican bread and a bag a chip, i spend like 13 dls.

The reason I write this is not to hurt anyone or affect a staff member but for someone in their management look in to this and not allow that to keep happening.

I was highly disappointed in the quality of service that was provided. I came in for a simple order of sides of rice and beans, was not a lot either. I didn't think I would be waiting 40 minutes for it to come out. I came in at a time where there wasn't that many people inside, so this wasn't what I was expecting. This experience threw me off because I've gone it to the location in Avondale and have gotten larger orders with more people inside, and the food came out way faster. On top of this, the server was ready to give my order away to someone else. Didn't call out my name just started handing it over, and I noticed only because I was looking around the room, never once called my name for the order. When the server tried to hand the beans over they were already completely spilt inside the bag. I asked for it to be repackaged, which they did. No recominedo este lugar para ordens de eventos!! Son incompetentes y ladrones!!! Pagamos antemano 16 paquetes de tortillas calientes para un evento y les dimos una hielera tambien. El dia del evento nos dieron 10 paquetes de tortillas frias?! SIN NUESTRA HIELERA Y NUESTRA ORDEN!! Nos dijeron que un empleado se la via llevado a otro restaurante y otro cliente la tenia ahora. Al fin nos dieron nuestra orden pero se robaron nuestra hielera.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! They are incompetent and thiefs!!! My advice to you is never to order anything from here for any type of event. We paid for 16 packs of tortillas, which were requested warm for an event (days prior) and also provided a cooler for them. Day of the event we were given 10 packs of COLD tortillas, in a styrofoam container?! Not in OUR COOLER OR THE PREPAID AMOUNT OF PACKS!! We were told our cooler was taken to a different location by an employee and was given to a different customer?! In the end got the tortillas but...
