Ramiros Mexican Food — Restaurant in Buckeye

Overall food quality is really good. The cooks are super friendly and the food is served hot and fresh. Customer service at the counter by some of the female high school students is subpar. One is friendly while the other depending on the week can have an incredible poor attitude. Can I blame them? Partly no. The entry and the interior is much to be desired. Water damage on the ceiling including the main kitchen area right above the grill where the cooks are at. The owner needs to start investing into repairing the kitchen area especially where the food is prepped. When the owner cares little about re-investing into the restaurant it leaves a lot of questions as to what else is being overlooked.

However, they seem to pass health inspections...

Not sure who claims this as good mexican food, but whoever does clearly doesn't know anything about good Mexican food considering that the street it sits on is in between next to nothing, so I don't think they have any idea about good food. Oh and the customer service sucks, the girl taking our order was sooo freakin rude and the funny thing is she was rude while we watched her take our order while cleaning the bathroom toilet 🤮👎 girl has no place to be rude while hustling toilet duty, disgusting! And the building itself is dingy, dirty and disgusting. Staff sucks...

I always go through the drive thru and have never had to complain about anything. Today is the exception because I called the restaurant due to a mix up over my food. I was expecting to speak at least to the manager and have them tell me bring it in and we’ll fix it for you but instead the young lady said do you speak Spanish so you can speak to the cook. Why would the cook solve the problem. She also said well can you bring in both orders so we can see . First of all I went drive thru because I was on my way out of Buckeye. Thanks...
