Oh my goodness. It doesn’t get worse than this. First of all, both walk up stalls are broken. The one closest to the store has a black screen. The one further away, the button doesn’t work. We waited 5 mins after pushing the button before deciding to just place a mobile order. 5 mini ice creams and 2 snacks. 20 mins after ordering, I check the app and see that the order had been cleared. We waited 10 more minutes hoping they were bringing it out before going up to the door and asking. We were told they were ā€œshort staffedā€ (with 7 staff inside?!? Okay.) and that they were working on it now. Another 10-15 mins and we were brought out the snacks. Both of which were cool and had obviously been sitting for a bit. The car hop then informs us that they have to change the ice cream and it will take a bit. Okay, no worries. Now we know why we’re waiting. 25 mins later, the same car hop comes back out and says that she’s being moved to the drive through, the guy doing car hop is refusing to do our order, and that they are cleaning the ice cream machine. We ordered at 7:48. It’s now 8:40. This location claims to close at 12. Why is the machine just now being cleaned?? We asked for a refund. They offered food and drink. We again ask for refund as we only came for ice cream. She says she has to go in and ask. 10 mins later, we went back inside and were informed that they couldn’t refund because it was through the app. The tone was very ā€œwell you ordered through the app so it’s your faultā€ kind of vibe. After a literal 3 min phone call with the help desk on the app, im already fully refunded. This is the second incident in 2 weeks. 0/10 do not go here. You’re just going to leave with cold food and a bad attitude. I hate being the kind of person to leave bad reviews but this not being the first terrible experience (first time, we waited an hour just to see that the order had not even been put in by...

The wife (vegetarian) and I (meat eater) went last night, 4/6/2024 about 1140pm. First, we pulled into one of the stalls, which someone inside had seen us as we had parked by the exit door to the stalls. We looked over the menu and when ready we hit the little red button to place our order. Someone picked up, but didn't say anything until I said HELLO... then I was informed that they are only serving drive thru at this time. So, we pulled to the drive thru and placed our order. A grilled cheese sandwich, a 6pc mozzarella sticks, corn dog, cheese tots, and a medium #2 with tots and dr pepper. Went to the window, paid with my card $28.80. Which is how I know exactly what time it was as I get a text alert for any purchase and I was not provided a receipt. Ethan was working the window. He came to us and said that they messed up the cheese tots and put chili so we were getting 2 orders. We should have checked the food before we left as we typically do. What we got... 2 orders of chili cheese tots, a grilled cheese sandwich with pieces of burger in it, the actual burger had minimal brown lettuce and a single small slice of tomato, and maybe a teaspoon of mayo. Neither of us could actually eat any of those items. My wife ended up eating the plain tots from the #2, I ate the corn dog. We called the location and the girl who answered (no name provided) advised she recalled our order, printed the receipt and put my name and number on it for the Manager Maria to contact me today... 4/7/2024. I gave the food 1 star because.. well.. we ate a corndog and plain tots out of a $28.80 order. Service was a 2, they advised the mess up with tots, but messed it up even more. Atmosphere gets a 5 because I was in my own vehicle with my wife and if I put anything less, she may not be happy with me. It's now 1pm on 4/7/24 and we are still awaiting...

I went to this location and order a mobile order. Which was 4pk of mozzarella sticks and a route 44 cherry limeade. I was there for almost an hr waiting for my pickup. I call the store 7 time and no answer. They only had one carhop person and he was new. Now it was not his fault as u could clearly see he is new and is trying however have no help nor guidance. He was literally everytime he got an order going up to each vehicle asking if theygot what was on the receipt he had. I did ask for a manager and the guy with a beard came out and i explained how long been here and that the poor employee clearly need help and shouldn’t be out by himself yet and should still have someone train him. The manger basically told me not his problem. He also refuse to give me a number to his boss. I then had to call another location explain the situation and they gave me the regional manger number which I call and left a voicemail. Which then I received a phone call from the general manager I think. He basically apologized multiple times and ended up calling the manager and then not even 10min later I got my order. My point is I shouldn’t have had to call another store and regional manger just to get my food. This is the worst location ever, it took over an hr to get my food and it was...

Update: took a break from this sonics per my review below. Came back to share the chicken burger we spent $8 on from our $30 total for today. That there is the mayo and lettuce they gave us. 😳 Also, adding- I asked for milk for one of my kids meals. When it was handed to me, the milk was warm. We asked if there is cold milk as we would like to refrain from becoming Ill. They said the milk was Just put in and that's why it wasn't cold. I was under the impression milk should be consumed cold. Just a warning. Unfortunately, this is the closest drive thru to home. I have never ordered here and had my order 100% correct. Plan to come to this sonics and have something change, missing or completely wrong. Ordered through the app a few times to find out they were out of something and couldn't refund what was missing. Asked me to call the customer service line for reimbursement. ...many times purchased blasts that advertise they're fully loaded with mix-ins, only to get home and find out they are an entire cup of ice cream with 1/2 tbls of mix-ins on top. I gave 2 stars because they will help when u have an issue but for the most convenient place to go to in this small town, it becomes the most inconvenient upon returning home.

As a kid I use to love going to sonic, and that followed me into my adulthood. After today though, my family and I have decided we will not be going back. I ordered off of the app. Chicken tenders with fries, a foot long coney with fries, two m&m blasts and burgers. I received one hamburger and then a melt (didn’t order), tater tots and onion rings (didn’t order) and when my daughter went to take a bite of her blast there was a spider inside. Then I realized we didn’t get our coney, so I hit the button and asked for it....then I waited. After about 20 minutes I asked for it again and the picture below is what was handed to me. No chilly, burnt and extremely gross looking. To top this off, I just wanted to get home, and then realized we never even got our tenders. I’m not sure if management has changed or if the cooks just don’t care...but I can see that it’s not only apparent to me, but many other people as well.

I paid .37 cents for that lettuce, no pickles added and 4 bits of onions?Two pieces of lettuce is not lettuce!! it didn’t taste good either..🤢🤢soggy and old tasting.. and today my stomachā€˜s upset for eating itā€¦ā˜ ļø must I go on!?well there was no fruit in my cherry limeade either. when I called to talk to the manager, she didn’t wanna hear what the problem was or was concerned to fix it. She just said bring my receipt and it would be replaced. I want to refund. I didn’t want to come back there ever…..🤮🤮🤮🤮

As a kid I use to love going to sonic, and that followed me into my adulthood. After today though, my family and I have decided we will not be going back. I ordered off of the app. Chicken tenders with fries, a foot long coney with fries, two m&m blasts and burgers. I received one hamburger and then a melt (didn’t order), tater tots and onion rings (didn’t order) and when my daughter went to take a bite of her blast there was a spider inside. Then I realized we didn’t get our coney, so I hit the button and asked for it....then I waited. After about 20 minutes I asked for it again and the picture below is what was handed to me. No chilly, burnt and extremely gross looking. To top this off, I just wanted to get home, and then realized we never even got our tenders. I’m not sure if management has changed or if the cooks just don’t care...but I can see that it’s not only apparent to me, but many other people as well.

Rancid tasting onion rings, overcooked just horrible. And saturated with rancid oil.I threw them away.. Never had such bad onion rings at a sonic!!🤮🤮🤮 usually they’re always perfect. Also, the burger was supposed to have lettuce. And pickles and onions.
