Oh my goodness. It doesnāt get worse than this. First of all, both walk up stalls are broken. The one closest to the store has a black screen. The one further away, the button doesnāt work. We waited 5 mins after pushing the button before deciding to just place a mobile order. 5 mini ice creams and 2 snacks. 20 mins after ordering, I check the app and see that the order had been cleared. We waited 10 more minutes hoping they were bringing it out before going up to the door and asking. We were told they were āshort staffedā (with 7 staff inside?!? Okay.) and that they were working on it now. Another 10-15 mins and we were brought out the snacks. Both of which were cool and had obviously been sitting for a bit. The car hop then informs us that they have to change the ice cream and it will take a bit. Okay, no worries. Now we know why weāre waiting. 25 mins later, the same car hop comes back out and says that sheās being moved to the drive through, the guy doing car hop is refusing to do our order, and that they are cleaning the ice cream machine. We ordered at 7:48. Itās now 8:40. This location claims to close at 12. Why is the machine just now being cleaned?? We asked for a refund. They offered food and drink. We again ask for refund as we only came for ice cream. She says she has to go in and ask. 10 mins later, we went back inside and were informed that they couldnāt refund because it was through the app. The tone was very āwell you ordered through the app so itās your faultā kind of vibe. After a literal 3 min phone call with the help desk on the app, im already fully refunded. This is the second incident in 2 weeks. 0/10 do not go here. Youāre just going to leave with cold food and a bad attitude. First, we pulled into one of the stalls, which someone inside had seen us as we had parked by the exit door to the stalls. We looked over the menu and when ready we hit the little red button to place our order. Someone picked up, but didn't say anything until I said HELLO... then I was informed that they are only serving drive thru at this time. So, we pulled to the drive thru and placed our order. A grilled cheese sandwich, a 6pc mozzarella sticks, corn dog, cheese tots, and a medium #2 with tots and dr pepper. Went to the window, paid with my card $28.80. Which is how I know exactly what time it was as I get a text alert for any purchase and I was not provided a receipt. Ethan was working the window. He came to us and said that they messed up the cheese tots and put chili so we were getting 2 orders. We should have checked the food before we left as we typically do. What we got... 2 orders of chili cheese tots, a grilled cheese sandwich with pieces of burger in it, the actual burger had minimal brown lettuce and a single small slice of tomato, and maybe a teaspoon of mayo. Neither of us could actually eat any of those items. My wife ended up eating the plain tots from the #2, I ate the corn dog. We called the location and the girl who answered (no name provided) advised she recalled our order, printed the receipt and put my name and number on it for the Manager Maria to contact me today... 4/7/2024. I gave the food 1 star because.. well.. we ate a corndog and plain tots out of a $28.80 order. Service was a 2, they advised the mess up with tots, but messed it up even more. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this location and order a mobile order. Which was 4pk of mozzarella sticks and a route 44 cherry limeade. I was there for almost an hr waiting for my pickup. I call the store 7 time and no answer. They only had one carhop person and he was new. Now it was not his fault as u could clearly see he is new and is trying however have no help nor guidance. He was literally everytime he got an order going up to each vehicle asking if theygot what was on the receipt he had. I did ask for a manager and the guy with a beard came out and i explained how long been here and that the poor employee clearly need help and shouldnāt be out by himself yet and should still have someone train him. The manger basically told me not his problem. He also refuse to give me a number to his boss. I then had to call another location explain the situation and they gave me the regional manger number which I call and left a voicemail. Which then I received a phone call from the general manager I think. He basically apologized multiple times and ended up calling the manager and then not even 10min later I got my order.
