Overall it was a 1 star rating due to service.
This is my first time at this location.
Letās start with why I didnāt even rate Service. The basics couldnāt even be met going through the drive thru. I always order the 3 finger combo with a Large Coke 1 extra Canes sauce and I get the bread BOB style (butter on both sides if you donāt know) they lady read back exactly what I ordered. She then asks for my name I give it to her. Now after ordering Iām pulled up and waiting in line to pay and receive my food but ahead I can see who ever is taking payment and handing out food is putting food out then back in multiple times this wast a concern until I got to my order. At the window they ask for my name and they canāt find it. This is when they state they have had to guess everyoneās name all night because the person isnāt putting them in the system correctly. Doing it so bad that names donāt even sound similar to what was put on the receipt. Solve that issue get my food and now more problems. Drink was not large like I had asked. No extra canes sauce and the bread was not done BOB style. I can get past a few mistakes here and there, but these were many all in one setting which is why Iām being so critical with my rating. I do hope this was a one off situation. I will be coming here again and if this a drastically different in a positive manner Iāll redo my review.
Food 4 stars it was as expected. My food order wasnāt 100% correct so I only gave that a 4 star rating.
Atmosphere is neutral. I used...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe don't eat out often, but my brother-in-law mentioned that Cane's chicken is very good. My daughter and I love Popeyes meal though and we order from them when we get a chance, so we were curious to try Cane's chicken for the first time.
The verdict, husband and daughter love the chicken! Compared to Popeyes, the Cane's chicken breading is not so thick, not as oily as Popeye. Cane's chicken is also crunchy when hot althought not as crunchy as Popeye's. The chemical used at Popeyes to make it taste better is stronger than Cane's, so I like Cane's for that--mild. Also, as far as I noticed, the chicken at Cane's don't have skin, so it is not as oily and as fatty as Popeye's. Husband also said he saw the associate cooked the chickens on the spot--it's not like they only warmed it up.
Husband though gor confused with the Combo. He ordered the chicken sandwhich combo. He thought that it will have chicken sandwhich and 3 pcs of chikens on the side, but the 3 pieces of chicken was actually placed inside the sandwhich. Lol. The board with the menu was just indicating the "ingredients" of the sandwhich. The sauce has fee.
I was amazed at how nice they set up the restaurant. It's also has a nice tables and chairs outside with fan so even though we went there in June, summer in East Valley, we sat down outside to eat.
Overall, we like this new restaurant in the Valley and we'll...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe were ordering meals for three people. Easy enough. After ordering the first two meals, the drive thru employee asked if we wanted ketchup and asked for a name for the order. We clarified that we were ordering one more meal, and then placed the third order. The drive thru employee repeated it back, it was correct when they repeated it back. After getting home, we noticed the third meal was incorrect (it was a sandwich, us other two got tenders). During the ordering process AND drive thru, we felt rushed, and feel that this led to put negative experience. Next time, I will think twice before switching lanes and...
