Review 1 of 3 I stopped in this establishment 3 times while I was staying at a nearby condo at Copper Mountain. The first visit was acceptable but not great. The hostess gave us a strange look when we asked for a regular table instead of a high top (my daughter is 7 years old). My wife, daughter and I ordered a pizza and drinks. The food was average; not great but good enough. The server seemed somewhat uninterested in providing exceptional service but it was good enough. Prices were very high for the quality and service received. The waitstaff seem to expect high tips even with subpar service.
Review 2 of 3 Stopped in again due to a lack of other options. The hostess again gave us a strange look when she tried to give us a high top table and we requested a regular table due to having a 7 year old in tow. Food was OK but when I asked for change at the bar the bartender (I forget his name but his nametag said he was from Boulder CO) immediately told me loudly that he could not provide change for a $50 bill. We were just trying to get change so we could spend more money on their games. It was a major turn off along with the nasty attitude of their hostess (same hostess as my first review).
Review 3 of 3 Stopped in again with smaller bills so my 7 year old daughter could play the games since the nasty bartender (from Boulder) refused to provide change on my second visit. I went to order a couple drinks and the not so awesome bartender from Boulder took forever to come take our order and gave us a strange look as if we were outsiders. I practically grew up in Colorado and have a long history ski racing in these areas. I may not live here but families like my own help keep these areas thriving and we do not deserve to be treated badly. He finally came and took our order and then seemed to squirt a clear liquid into my Coors Light after he filled it from the tap. Super sketchy. I still gave him a 20% tip to be nice and did not even get a thank you. Do yourself a favor and patronize other establishments so this one either improves or is...
Read moreI've dined here before and things were great, however, yesterday things went south. The food (cheese bread, beet+burrata salad, meatball sub, pizza) was great, unfortunately the service left much to be desired. We saw our food runner more than we saw our actual server. Despite making a joke about the wine I ordered, he simply forgot to place the order and did not come to check on our table until well after all our food arrived (about 10 minutes later, about 30 minutes into our dining experience), when I then inquired about the drinks and he realized he didn't put in the order. It then took him 10+ minutes to bring a glass of wine and a draft beer. He did not bring us silverware, instead I needed to grab it from the service station behind us, he was also no where to be found when we needed a box, so I also went to grab that as well. He then made absolutely no effort to reconcile his mistakes and lack of attentiveness in a half full restaurant. How disappointing. We definitely...
Read moreFood was decent but service and reply from management was lacking or never happened. Went here instead of to Frisco due to them having gluten free pasta. Ordered that dish and 5 mins later told sorry, don't have it (get it, supplies run out sometimes). Said we can comp you a gluten free pizza in exchange for not knowing they didn't have certain food. Manager apologized about it and mentioned it would be taken care of. Bill came, never caught it and was charged $28 for a personal pizza we really didn't want but was the only thing to eat hot meal wise that was gluten free. We had to get our own plates from a table, ask another server for silverware, never asked how our food was as no clue where our waiter went and didn't get an refills. Filled out the comment thing when you get the receipt to your email with the smile or frown face and left the same comments as above and that said management would reach out. That was 10 days ago and still hadn't...
