Worst restaurant experience I've ever had from start to finish!

Walking in, every table was dirty even though the place was empty. It took them 20 minutes to get my food. They forgot my side order of bacon (they didn't forget the charge me for it though). The food they did remember was absolutely disgusting and inedible: undercooked beans, old brown guac, a blotchy and oily tortilla, the "Rancheros sauce" was salsa mixed with canned soggy tomatoes. I took a bite due to morbid curiosity and almost vomited.

When I went back 20 minutes later to get my bacon and complain about the bag of trash they gave me, they were closed even though their sign said they were open for 3 more hours.

Again, worst place ever! If I could give 0 stars I would.

EDIT: You can see their reply to me as evidence of how incompetent they are. They are calling me a liar rather than own up to how terrible their food and service is. I know where I went, what I saw, and what I ordered. The plate is obviously not yours, I got take out and took it to my room! Insane response!

I've visited Copper every season for years and was excited to try out a new place. I'm sure they will be replaced soon considering how awful they are, and I can't wait!

We visited Black Diamond twice and left both times disappointed. The first visit was for lunch and a beer, drawn in by their "burgers and beer" sign. Unfortunately, they were out of many beers and couldn’t even serve three of the same kind. The server apologized, mentioning they’re mostly a breakfast spot. When we tried to order lunch, most menu items were unavailable, so we left after just having beers.

We gave it another shot the next morning for breakfast. Despite the restaurant being less than half full, it took 20 minutes to get two lattes, and our food arrived before the coffee. While the food was good, they were out of several menu items again. The server kept apologizing for the delays, but it was clear the staff was disorganized. Workers were rushing around with no clear roles, leading to confusion and missed items.

This place has potential but desperately needs stronger management to streamline operations and ensure a better...

Tried to give the servers some grace as I know the food industry is short staffed and it looked like my server was maybe being trained but I waited 40 minutes for my food to be delivered and another 40 after I finished eating to be cashed out. I paid for a coffee, which sat empty for 20 minutes before I asked for a refill…. And then sat empty for the last 30 minutes I was there. I had to ask for my check and then he still forgot to cash me out until I asked again. Maybe half the tables were full and there were four servers walking around so not crazy busy on a weekday early lunch.

Food wasn’t TERRIBLE. Burger just tasted like a frozen patty (it was cooked to order though) you could buy at the grocery store. The fries were soggy, unsalted. Just overall a less than average experience and I probably won’t be...
