Passage Point at Center Village by Copper Mountain Lodging — Hotel in Frisco

Used a two bedroom 2 bath unit in August 2018. Weather was lovely. Unit had kitchen with microwave and coffee maker and each bedroom has a king size bed and also a humidifier (that worked well). The quest bathroom had very little counter space and no fan. The unit was on the third floor. Parking and access were easy. The balcony overlooked the town square. The bed in the guest bedroom was very nice. Overall the experience was very nice. Sleeper sofa in living room was considered very good by the person who used it. The TV had cable. Pet policy is very misleading. The website makes it sound like the entire Passage Pointe building is pet friendly but it is not. We booked a room here because it showed up on the pet friendly filtered search results on Copper’s website but when we arrived they said our specific room was not pet friendly and we had to upgrade to another room that was more expensive. Room and facilities are fine but would have booked somewhere else if they had been transparent about their pet policy from the beginning. Employees at the desk were very rude about the situation. I would have loved to swim, but believed the pool was outdoors only...never knew anything about amenities... also dressers to put stuff away without bending? Also....you need ADA rooms close to the meetings, with rooms by the elevators please, and either tubs with bars, or showers with a place to sit. Many many seniors in our group, several with disabilities, thankyou for opening a check in line for us!! Maybe ask groups from now on, if they need a ADA.. checkin line??? Please!!!
