Mountain Plaza at Center Village by Copper Mountain Lodging — Hotel in Four Corners States

Hotel location is convenient with nice view of the slopes. Housekeeping is dishonest. I left some clothes hanging in the closet in my room. I called the front desk about 2 hrs after checking out. They were able to get most items shipped back to me at my expense which is fine, but somehow they weren't able to find my Melly. Housekeeping claims it wasn't there. BS, it will probably show up on Ebay for a nice profit. Why did I bother tipping? Not much I can do about it but rant and warn others to double check the room for all items before leaving because if it is anything of value the housekeeping staff at this hotel will swipe it. Another option is to just not stay here and if you do I wouldn't tip them until they root out the offender. I can update this review if they ever fix this.

Another note is this is a pet friendly hotel. If there is a dog barking in the room next to you security can't do anything about it since these are privately...

Got to the mountain very late at night and that is when the fiasco started. First of all, they didn't give us the right card to get in the garage so at 12:30am we were struggling to even get to our condo. Then when we arrived we found that there were no humidifiers. That is a problem in and of itself - ski condo's should ALWAYS have humidifiers. Then, when we asked the next morning, they claimed they were all out. Their suggestion was for us to go to Walmart and buy them. When I suggested they purchase more for their guests, they said they wouldn't do that. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told NO. We will not be coming back here unless someone remedies this...

My favorite place to stay in Copper - walk to two lifts. Starbucks on the first floor. Laundry on 4 & 5. We rented through Sky Run. They had lockers with key locks for each room. Outdoor hot tub on first floor. It’s a super easy walk to multiple restaurants, a market, the ice rink and the bus to ski school and east and west villages. View of the mountains. Parking underground - 1 car per unit. We had no issues and appreciated the trash chute on each floor and firewood available in the parking garage. Our unit had been updated with tile floors and new counter tops...
