Woodward Copper Barn — Attraction in Breckenridge

If you are planning on sending your preteen for summer camp please understand this facility does not encourage training coaching or understanding the fundamentals of snowboarding or skiing! My son can stay up on a snowboard knows how to turn and was looking forward to the summer camp wholeheartedly for the last 7 months! One night in they called me and told me he wasn't welcome due to the fact that he could not manage the terrain Park on his own. Nobody wanted to give him the time of day to encourage him or show him, or even spend more than 5 minutes refreshing him on the fundamentals. Why would he be nervous or embarrassed?!?! My son has never failed at anything he's put his mind to, and these people just made him feel like he was not good enough to even be on the mountain. We chose the activity schedule because it was only 3 hours on the mountain as opposed to 5, and the entire day was to be spent with friends, driving go karts, doing the zip lines and other activities, everything they sold me on for a $1,800 summer camp! He went 4th of July week and he didn't even get to see fireworks on the night he got asked to leave! I don't know how they expect these college students to actually care about these kids, when all they want to do is have their time off and do the bare minimum to get through the summer camp. Way to break a kid 👎🏼 Invest in real coaches and teachers. I'm expecting a 100%...

I drove 200 miles through a snowstorm on a false pretense that I could get snowboarding flip lessons here. The staff lied to me and the people working the front dont know what's going on or how to act professional.

I visited the park the january 31st at 1pm and asked the guy working the desk if I could get a lesson there, I told him it was my first time at woodward. He said yes they do lessons and I asked if I needed to schedule it, the guy working told me they do walk ins between 1 and 6pm. He told me I did not need to schedule an appointment and told me NOT to incase I didnt make it so I didnt waiste the money if I missed it.

I drove to Denver for the day then returned to woodward 100miles away. The guy working the desk said they need 48 hours to schedule a trai day ing session, i told him about my co tact with the shop the day prior. He told me that he was the bbn only person working, which wasnt true i saw 2 other people at the desk. He didnt offer any kind of reconciliation for their mistake and frankly I dont trust the professionalism of your shop after this encounter. Be warned out there these kids dont know what's going on in their shop and lack...

First of all I didn’t even get to go to the skatepark because I didn’t have a helemet 2nd because the XS helmets $50.00 each also the prices to Jump are way to overpriced I paid $120.00 for only “Olympic” trampolines not scootering the people are very rude I was talking to myself and the manager came and almost kicked me out for no reason the guy yelled at my mom which is not how you treat your customers and he also said I’ll refund your money and you can leave. My mom came back to ask for a refund and the guy said sorry we can’t and he was sanding way to close to my mom maybe about 1ft distance. There is a pandemic and as a worker you need to be 6 feet away from the customer. Also they told us we’re not allowed to wear shoes and we have to keep our mask up all the way but one of the workers and one of the customers there had their mask above their mouth and not above their nose and they could jump in shoes but we were not allowed to jump in shoes I think this is very unfair and I did not have a good time at this place and I hope you read my review if you are going to a Woodward do not go to Woodward Copper warning do not go everyone...
