A delicious Sunday lunch. We made it just after 11 so we had to order off the lunch menu. Great spot to watch the first snowfall of the season! The staff was very helpful and checked in on us. Staff and customers wore masks. There was a hand sanitizer dispenser at the counter and the entrance. I had the Banh Mi sandwich, which was delicious. They used American radishes instead of daikon which made it unique. Very fresh and flavorful. I ended up cutting it and eating it with a fork and spoon (I didn’t want my hands to get fishy) I would for sure get this sandwich again! I ordered a side salad which ranch. I should have kept kept the fries because they are delicious and had some type of coating to them. My friend had the Turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich (no avocado though). They thought it was pretty tasty. The bread was very tasty!

As with much of the services and amenities at snowbird, the forklift has been getting a little worse every year. This year was pretty disappointing. The food was okay, not terrible but not good either. They changed their menu from the prior year(s), getting rid of some of our favorites. No one in our group was particularly happy with their food. The service was also disappointing. Despite the restaurant only having around 6 small parties and plenty of staff, when we were there our waitress largely disappeared after taking our order. Waters were not refilled and we kept having to flag staff down to get everything delivered. Very disappointed, this used to be my favorite restaurant at snowbird but I’ll probably be skipping it next time.

Was up hiking Albion Basin, stopped in for a quick bite on Sunday at 1130a. Was hoping for breakfast or brunch but ended up with lunch. Breakfast only served until 11 (even on Sunday??) got the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and I am pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The frys were also surprisingly good. Service was tops Kristen took great care of us. Wifey got the turkey burger was not impressed with the Gouda cheese it was not a good match. Would have been better with a less strong flavor. Prices are resort prices so be ready to spend.

I've been coming to the Forklift for several years on an annual basis and this year I felt particularly inclined to leave a review due to the decline in overall quality. Out of my family of four, three of us got the Forklift Breakfast (pretty traditional breakfast - two eggs, toast, potatoes, sausage or bacon) and this meal has always been a go-to for its consistency. This time, unfortunately, the meal came out immediately cold. The toast was cold and hard, the potatoes were overcooked, and the eggs were cold. The bacon was cooked well, but like everything else, cold. This restaurant is infamous for relatively slow service, but we got our food after about 15 minutes. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty and the food coming out relatively fast, the cold, overcooked meal was less than exceptional. For $23, I expected the food to come out hot and fresh. I would've paid $10 for this meal tops. Roadside diner quality (and even then, the roadside diner comes out hot off the griddle). The service was also significantly worse than before. Once we received our food, we were not checked on once. Our waitress was polite but short with us, which is unusual for this place, too. I used to recommend this place for the ambiance and great breakfast. Now, I would advise picking a different spot to start your day...

Food was mid. Service was atrocious. We stood waiting to get seated for 10 mins. Then waited 15 mins for someone to get our order. Lots of bussers on shift, total of 6, that were unnecessary. 2 actual waiters and 1 want to be manager walking circles and only really paying attention to people outside and picking up dishes. We got checked on maybe 1 our entire time. We ordered a latte and there was a hair in it. No apology, no we will take that off the bill. No sense of true customer service. Truly disappointed because we made reservations at the Cliff lodge to enjoy our day and had to leave severely disappointed from the service we received. Maybe because we were on the younger side the servers think we wouldn’t care, but it was truly a not great experience. We then had to wait over 20 mins for a check, asked for it to be split and they were unable to do it because they were “so busy”. We all work in the customer service industry and my experience today felt like the people who were supposed to make us feel welcome, did not and did not care for how they were treating...
