This place is amazing you just have to read a little bit through the comments to understand the restaurant system. when you put the restaurant in google maps it will direct you to condominium/hotel kinda look, once you get there you will see a gate, go through the right gate and press restaurant it will call the restaurant office so they give you the correct code to access. some people keep repeating the code here but I guess for security reasons they change it often. they have 2 types of food service, is like all regular restaurants they give you the menu you order whatever you want, done! the second one is more like "all you can eat" style, this one it has all kind of sushis, sashimis, salad, Japanese/brazilian appetizers, sweets, yakisoba, fried rices and something we call in latin America "pinchos" that is like meet in a stick grilled. The problem with this menu is that it has a lot of names that are in Portuguese because even when is Japanese food they have a fusion between Japanese and Brazilian food, so if you don't like to adventure and you don't like to discover new food this one is not for you because many times you don't even know what you ordering, the only thing I can assure you is all food is delicious they have row fish they mostly use salmon or white fish. all you can eat is like $35 per person during week days and $37 during weekend. cocktails also are fabulous a little price for me but worth it. between $10 to $18 per drink. children under 4 don't pay. most of their customers are Brazilians so don't get upset if they don't have the menu in English. when they're not busy they will explain you everything if not just use your phone then try to understand what you ordering. Our server Leticia it was super friendly and attentive what a sweet lady even she couldn't communicate a lot in English she try her best to make us feel welcome. the restaurant environment is also cool and elegant feels like a lounge. they also add 18% gratuity even if you want it or not! Im not agreeing with this but thank god servers in this places really make it worth in how special they make you feel. other than that is like every other restaurant from now on it became our favorite sushi restaurant...

ATMOSPHERE: The theme is Asian, Chinese soldiers, bamboo, river rock, Japanese forest grass, etc. very calming and soothing.
ALL YOU CAN EAT: All you can eat is unique, unique flavors, they serve you what is on the AYCE chefs' menu and then let you re-order what you wish from that menu or there are two other categories of rolls that you can order from the menu as part of the AYCE. The Sushami is part of the AYCE, after you eat the chefs' selections which are heavy on the Salmon you will be able to order off of those two categories and the Sashimi but not until the chefs' selections are completed. There are also minimal dessert selections.
SERVICE: The service was great on Friday night as I was the first seated in the restaurant, on Saturday the service was slower, and they needed one or two more people or simply a floater. The water is served in a French style flip top bottle which is nice to keep it fresh. The confusion can be alleviated if they just print a paper that explains the AYCE and how it is chefs' choice for the first course and then the items to select from once that is complete.
My first night there on Friday (I dined alone as I had the date for my dinner meeting wrong, so I was a day early) was a five star, I enjoyed the thirty dollar AYCE and the flavors were unique, I just reordered items that they had served me as I enjoyed them so well. On Saturday it was busier and then when I went to order after the chefs selections I was saddened as some of the staple sushi selections such as Rainbow Roll, Spicy tuna were not on the roll selections for the AYCE.
PRICE: AYCE is about 33 dollars and then you have a green tea and tip and your about forty to fifty dollars.
The rolls vary from about nine dollars to twenty dollars. Most seem to be in the fifteen to eighteen...

The Millenia location has always been disappointing, but I used to travel all the way to Kissimmee to enjoy the rodizio experience. Unfortunately, my last visit on 12/21 for lunch was terrible, and I will never return.
I brought friends to try it, and it was a disaster. At 1:30 PM, there was no bartender available to make drinks. The rodizio menu had been significantly reduced, with many items served frozen. There was also a waste fee that didnāt exist before, and only one person was serving all the tables (four tables in total). It took over 40 minutes for our food to arrive.
When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told they were not present. Instead, the kitchen manager was called, but he refused to speak with us, claiming he was ātoo busy.ā However, we could clearly see him chatting with staff at the kitchen door. This was a complete lack of respect.
The departure of Alexandre and Chef Rafael might provide some insight into whatās happening, perhaps management is prioritizing cost-cutting over quality of service and food. Itās truly disappointing!
Before: Unfortunately, my experience at the Millenia location was unsatisfactory, both in terms of food quality and operating hours. Whenever I visited at 12 PM, as advertised, the location was closed, often until 12:30 PM or 12:40 PM.
I decided to give the new Kissimmee location one last chance. When we arrived promptly at 12 PM, we were immediately attended to by Mr. Alexandre, and this change made a significant difference in our experience. Although the Kissimmee location is farther away, the experience was extremely rewarding.
Everything was impeccable: from the drink to the food and the team. Without a doubt, it was the best Japanese restaurant I have experienced in Orlando. I will certainly return on future occasions.
Thank u Mr Alexandre and American Japa Sushi...
