YUMMY SUSHI ROLLS! Because this is a new place, I know there can be more improvements! Therefore why I’m giving it a 5 star and not a 4 star :) Service: amazing front desk service lady. She was sweet and kind. We didn’t get one extra full egg and she ensured to go to the back to get one for us. With an apology and smile. Food: I personally liked their sushi more than their ramen lol Sushi roll: fresh, filling and big sizes, lots of flavors and pretty to take photos of Avacado tuna; the tuna can be more cold and refreshing. I HATE the Pringle. It was soggy and stale. They should have either replace it with a harder chip like a tortilla. But the tuna, avacado is fresh. Flavors and good. Literally marinated the tuna in it Curry udon: THE WORST! It tasted bland, no flavors. Potatoes were overcooked and mushy, the udon is soggy and overcooked. Tasted like a water down curry Spicy tonkatsu ramen: I personally think it tastes generic because I like my ramen rich. But my friend loves it and demolished saying it tastes clean and smooth. I love to add extra corn, egg and bamboo for more toppings ~ Price: decent for the price quality and quantity Interior design: love how open space, natural light, clean and cute the interior is. Overall; would come here for the sushi and ramen.

Behold, Japanese Ramen level now achieved! I’ve looked everywhere around here for this beautiful taste outside Japan. It’s worth it, and just pay extra add the dang spicy oil. Ramen is complex so for the love just eat it there for the full flavor, because anything less you are just not into it then. This Ramen is 100% on point. So much i capitalized the word. Yeah I said it, I stand by it, and yeah I roamed Japan for a many weeks tasting the social media’s influences. We got it here now my friends. With that said, the food quality by far outweighs the worst part of this experience, and in no means reflects on the establishment… You see where this place is located?! Omg us locals know this area is usually off limits.. but hey I braved the traffic to get there to give it a shot. Glad I did and I’ll be back to terminate more Ramen. Tourists are always confused in this entire area, so take that in stride. Order your food at the kiosk, then step away. It’s that easy. It could be ridiculously busy, and a minute later you may be the only person there. If I was going to ding them… the place isn’t very intimate. Very bright white light and not exactly cozy. More like a “take out” vibe. I miss Japan’s hospitality but by far this place’s Ramen warmed my heart again.

This is definitely the best ramen shop in Orlando, and probably one of the best in the United States. There aren’t many places where you can get chashu that is this tender and ribeye in the same bowl at the same time. Also there are very few ramen shops that serve this many types of boba and Japanese sodas and slushes! They welcome you when you enter and the service is very quick after you’ve placed your order. The layout of the place is very open, almost too open maybe which gives it a slightly odd feel especially if you are in a large group. I personally love the hand made relatively thick and soft ramen noodles that they serve here. They taste very fresh and have just the right amount of firmness and softness to them. The broth is also not super thick / dense, but I rather like the way they have it since it makes me feel like I can drink all of the broth every time! The flavor of the broth is absolutely perfect, and doesn’t make you feel bloated since it is not too salty and has a perfect umami flavor to it. For Florida, it is a little pricey, but worth every penny because you can taste the freshness and care that went into preparing each item they serve you.

We decided to try this ramen restaurant since it was the only one open late and had seemingly good reviews online. However, our experience was far from pleasant.

Upon entering, we had to order at a machine by the front desk. When we asked if they offered different types of noodles, we were surprised to learn they only had one type. This was unusual, as most ramen places typically offer a choice between straight and wavy noodles. Despite this, the food looked appealing on the online menu, so we ordered two appetizers, two different types of ramen, and an order of pork tonkatsu.

Unfortunately, our initial impressions only worsened. We had to get our own water and retrieve our food when it was ready. There was no table service at all, despite having tipped at the time of ordering.

When the food finally arrived, we were severely disappointed. Every dish tasted terrible. The ramen broth was the most watery and bland liquid we had ever encountered, and the noodles were far from the authentic type used in Japanese ramen.

To add insult to injury, after we finished eating, we had to clear our own dishes and dispose of them in the trash bin. Again, there was no customer service, yet they had asked for a tip from the beginning.

In conclusion, the good reviews online are clearly misleading. This place is an absolute disappointment and an insult to the Asian community. Save your time and money; this restaurant is...

Hokusai Ramen is a culinary gem that captivates the senses and transports you straight to Japan with every slurp. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, filled with the mouthwatering aroma of simmering broth.

The star of the show is undoubtedly the ramen itself. Each bowl is a masterpiece, showcasing perfectly cooked noodles that have the ideal chewy texture. The broth is rich and flavorful, with a depth that comes from hours of careful preparation. Whether you choose the classic tonkotsu, a spicy miso, or a unique seasonal specialty, you're in for a treat.

The toppings are thoughtfully curated, featuring fresh vegetables, tender meats, and perfectly soft-boiled eggs that add an extra layer of richness. The presentation is stunning, making it almost too beautiful to eat—almost!

Service is impeccable, with friendly staff who are happy to recommend their favorites and ensure your experience is nothing short of delightful. Plus, the attention to detail in both the food and the ambiance makes Hokusai Ramen a perfect spot for a casual meal or a special occasion.

In summary, Hokusai Ramen is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Japanese flavors. It's a place where tradition meets creativity, and every bowl tells a story. Don’t miss out on this extraordinary...
