Bella's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Framingham

TWO issues. 1) Don’t risk eating here if you have an allergy. 2) Specialty pizzas can’t be made with tomato sauce. Ordered a gluten free buffalo chix pizza for delivery but the pizza had breadcrumbs or some sort of breading on top of it. I gave a slice to my mom who doesnt have the allergy and she confirmed there was some sort of breadcrumb on the chicken/pizza. They said they’ll send me another pizza and then I asked if I could get it with tomato sauce because I didn’t realize the buffalo chix pizza comes with no sauce, and they said NO bc they already put it in the oven. This part was my fault for not checking the menu to see if the buffalo chix pizza came with sauce, but I even offerred to pay extra for tomato sauce and they just told me no. I don’t understand if I’m paying for a pizza, why can’t I get it with tomato sauce??? At that point I refused the second pizza and had to drive to the place to get my money back, because I was not going to pay for a pizza I didn’t want to eat. If I knew I was gonna have to drive anyway, I wouldn’t have paid for the delivery charge. Just overall very angry. I have been ordering from here for quite some time. The last two times I've ordered there have been some problems with our orders. We got a pizza where literally all the toppings were off the crust stuck to the corner of the box. I also ordered a sub with toppings not specified on the order. I don't know if there is new staff or what, but they need to do a better job of reading what's on the actual order. God forbid someone has a food allergy. My sandwich was loaded with onions when they were not specified on the order. The food has always been great until the last couple of weeks. Ordered take out and was most impressive. The food was packages so it did not steam everything. It was very clever packing. I ordered the grilled chicken dinner, perfectly cooked, with flavored honey garlic sauce. My choice were onion rings which were excellent and crispier than most ordered in and eaten immediately. They had a very delicious crispy coating. I also ordered the coleslaw which was not heavily burdened with mayonnaise but delicately seasoned. We also had ordered the BLT panini which was perfect.
