T.J. Maxx — Local services in Framingham

This TJ maxx store in Framingham is consistently rude to customers, and today's visit was the last straw. I found several of same blouse in runway section on a sale rack. Only 1 of them had red sale tag. Brought 2 of the same blouses to the register to pay. Cashier said they come at different time and cannot honor sale price for same blouse. Why are they all hung at the same sale rack then? Then a young manager named Pamela comes over to repeat the same thing. My issue is not about TJ's pricing policy. It's how they have them all mixed up on sale rack, misleading customers. Then she blames it on customers for misplacing them! Really? How do customers bring all of that particular blouses to a sale rack so consistently?! Was there a customer who went around the store collecting the blouses and left them on sale rack? Then she further confirms her absurd argument by saying "'I've been in retail for 9 years, and believe me, it's the customers." Instead of owning up to her own mismanagement and messy , disorganized displays by her own staffs, she so readily and loudly blames customers. Rather than managing the situation with a sincere apology she maintained a feisty attitude , all she was interested in was to dismiss the customer, by handing over a phone number to TJ headquarter to report a complaint. She is not fit to be a manager and needs to grow up first and learn to realize she is the face of a business. What an unpleasant experience after spending...

This store is a great store , extremely friendly staff, one of the nice young men 😀 you was my Cashier noticed me and said Hi how are you and I said how are you about to him very friendly people in there. It was nice feeling! I found a extremely awesome find a beautiful ( NBC) ( Nightmare Before Christmas Blanket ) on - sale for $12.00 , it was a final yellow clearance sticker. It had a $35.00 regular sale price. I got it for like 75% percent off, that's a huge saving. Just made the bed today & decided to open up the blanket and put It on my bed . Looks amazing, super soft 😍 & extremely comfy 👌, and very vibrant and vivid colors. Great quality, excellent cost. Here's a picture of the blanket on my bed . I just got this the other day at TJMaxx. TJMAXX, in general, has a higher quality of Merchandise then Marshall's dose I'd personally feel & have to say! I love shopping at both places ☺️ they both have a great stuff. This store is always so clean & has nice and friendly people working there. This store is under construction, but Still love this TJMAXX store. I'm a massive fan of TJ Maxx! That said, some stores are better than others. I just moved to Natick from Boston and this store, in Framingham technically, is right on the Natick border. This is now the closest for me. Went to do a little Xmas shopping 12/14 and wasn't disappointed. This store is huge. It was very clean and organized considering the holidays. Had lots (almost too much lol!) to choose from. There were plenty of cashier's so the line moved very quickly. Plenty of bargains to be had. The only negative thing I could possibly say is that I was looking for some twin sheets for my elderly aunt and there was very little to choose from in twin sizes unfortunately. But I'm hoping I'll have better choices at Home Goods. There is a Home Goods nearby also. I do wish they were right next to each other as they are in many other locations, that would make shopping much easier for me. But a great store overall.
