Five Below — Local services in Framingham

I’m not really a fan of the new checkout if you don’t want it to be self checkout you should figure out a way to have a better set up. Maybe have some big registers on one side and self checkouts on the other like they do at other stores like CVS, so the workers can still see the self checkout screens, just a thought. I did retail for 10 years so I understand wanting to not have self checkout in this day and age but figure out a better solution. This new way has too much foot traffic. I also don’t like how much their candy has went up in price. But I still gave 4 stars because my wife, daughter and I went in not too long ago and we were helped by this lovely lady I believe she said her name was Paige. She helped point things out in the store to us and gave my daughter some ideas for gifts for Mother’s Day. Even though she was busy trying to balance a few customers who were asking questions and needing help, she still was able to make us feel like we were the main priority, while juggling everyone at the same time, and ring us out at the end. She’s helped us a few times here before too. There was also someone in line who didn’t speak English and didn’t know what the signs there said, if you want people to know registers are closed or that your supposed to wait you should have the translation to Portuguese on it too, considering it’s the other most popular language here. I still gave a 4 because the customer service is almost always excellent and the store is always kept...

Good product selection for the pricing. Staff is always friendly. My only negative here is for a store at this location which is high volume, the space is way too small. Can be difficult to navigate around other customers because the aisles are tight as the store is crammed packed (because it's too small!). I sometimes feel rushed out simply because I get frustrated navigating around...
