We were so excited about this location opening as it is less than 2 minutes from our house. But I would not recommend coming here if you're in a rush. 100% pack your patience. We were really excited to use the new mobile order drive thru lane but after our two visits we will not use this again until they find their groove. The regular drive thru lane was much quicker. The last car we passed when we had pulled in had left before we were able to leave (and the regular line was long, it was at the entrance of the lot). We went once Friday night (April 4th) for milk shakes we waited 12 minutes for 2 milkshakes in the mobile order drive thru lane and they forgot to give straws. Yesterday (April 5th) we went for breakfast and the lines didn't seem long but once again, the last car in the regular lane had come and gone before I was able to leave along with many other cars. I arrived and scanned in at 9:16 AM, food was handed to me at 9:26, there were 3 cars still in front of me so I was stuck there, was able to exit at 9:28 but they forgot straws and salsa so I had to pop into the building. There were plenty of workers at the location but they are being trained still. I do want to add that the employees were all very nice and friendly.
By the time I got home (only a less than 2 minute drive) our food was room temperature. I totally get that they are just opening and finding their groove, I guess I assumed people would have been fully trained prior to opening. I will most likely change my review once they find their groove and smoothe out the kinks they currently have. But right now, I'm definitely less excited about having a Chick-fil-A location in walking distance of our home. The Jalapeño Salsa and the Pineapple Dragon Fruit Sweet Tea were the best part of the visit.
OH and if you come in off of LaGrange at the light by the brick Hickory Creek Market Place sign, beware there is a massive pothole in the most right lane. Didn't see it due to a puddle and it nearly took out my tire!!
It has been about 3 months, so time for an update! The pothole has been fixed, yay! The mobile order is still hit or miss and no, I don't go during peak hours because I enjoy avoiding high restaurant traffic times. It's just that sometimes you will have to sit and wait and other times you drive right through. Same order and always non peak times, I just know that it will be a gamble if I do a mobile order and I never go if I am in a hurry.
The staff is SUPER nice though, so...
Read moreThis location is Unbelievable. New staff Zero Customer Service and Completely Disrespectful. Does Chik fil a have a discount for Veterans with ID, YES, what does the manager say, "we only do police and firefighters in uniform at our location". If each store is not on the same page with your discounts, SHAME on you for your laziness, and as a manager, you have the authority to show respect, yet you choose not to, way to have Customer Service. Then, you pay, and the staff seemed confused by a hundred dollar bill as if they have never seen one. So, do they have a bill checker, no, not at any register, and the kid that passed off the bill to the manager decided that now is the time for the workers to sing and dance and not supply the food, and the excuse is, "I can't give you the food until your money clears." Ma'am, I'm not leaving without my $92 in change. Time goes on, finally a pair of managers come, and apparently nobody can find the currency marker, now I am sure my food is cold and I request my money back. The manager say's "just give me a few minutes to find the marker." A few minutes, no, give me back my money, he doesn't want to. Now I am furious, and I have to tell him, Give me my money so I can go, OR, we are going to have a problem. He now realizes, I am not playing with him and passively hands me money back. It's service like this, that I suggest no one goes to this location. To all my Veterans, I encourage you to go elsewhere or find another Independently owned location that has RESPECT for Veterans. Nonetheless from reading the other reviews, and 1 stars, I can see that this location is doomed from the beginning. To this location, there's plenty of other locations for food in walking distance, and most offer military discounts, maybe just maybe you could have some respect for those of us that have made the sacrifice and I am sure if you ask any policeman or firefighter if Vets deserve the same discount, you'll get a resounding yes. And to the other first responders who read this I HIGHLY encourage you to not support this location and...
Read moreChick-fil-A isn’t just food — it’s a masterpiece. From the moment you walk in, the vibes hit different. The workers smile like they’re happy to be there, and every time they say “my pleasure,” it feels like royalty-level service. But let’s talk about the real star: the food. That chicken sandwich? It’s not just crispy and juicy — it’s perfect. It’s like they took a regular chicken and sent it to flavor boot camp. Every bite is buttery, crunchy, and seasoned like they made it just for you.
And the sauces? Straight-up legendary. Chick-fil-A Sauce is basically bottled magic. I’d dip my whole life in it if I could. Then you’ve got Polynesian, honey mustard, barbecue — it’s like a sauce hall of fame. Don’t even get me started on the waffle fries. Golden, salty, and hot every time. You don’t eat them — you experience them. Add in that sweet tea or lemonade? It’s over. You’re in flavor heaven.
Chick-fil-A is one of the only places that never misses. It could be raining, the world could be ending, but that chicken sandwich is still gonna slap. It’s comfort food, feel-good food, and elite fast food all in one. Chick-fil-A is the GOAT, and nothing even...
