Nautical Bowls — Restaurant in Frankfort

So excited Nautical Bowls is finally open! I love açaí bowls and it always amazed me how there was nowhere to get a good one in our area (the weird versions at those sketchy Herbalife “nutrition shops” don’t count, ew). The bowls are awesome and the employees are great! They’ve only been open a couple weeks and they’ve already became a weekend necessity for me and my husband. Love that they are open til 8pm every day too.

I had the pleasure of coming and trying a bowl with my family and friends. Who knew that something that tastes SO amazing, could be healthy! Even my extremely picky 9-year old can not WAIT to go back.

I can't tolerate gluten so having a healthy option that isn't full of preservatives or sugar to compensate for the lack of gluten is AMAZING!

This is exactly what Frankfort needed. The bowls and smoothies are equally incredible. Normally when we eat something this decadent we feel sluggish after, but with incredibly healthy ingredients we leave feeling alert and ready to take on the rest of the day.
