If you value your physical and mental safety, DONT come at night… they always look tired and stressed at night and they pretend they don’t see you when you come in or when you’re at the counter and when you politely say hi, they greet you with an attitude as if you were supposed to stand and wait around with zero acknowledgment… after noticing a pattern that this continuously happens ,I wanted to understand the situation so on my visit (on wed jun 25 anytime between 12:30-1 am )I asked is there a specific order here do you take drive-through first and she said no we take whoever comes first ...I explicitly remember smiling and saying oh so it should have been me OK though, she rolled her eyes but I still stated my order she hand me my bag I take half of my purchase…She snaps at me for the second time That visit, telling me not to snatch my item…I told her I did not snatch my item and do not speak to me that way, she said OK and threw a straw at me. . It took me a couple seconds to process what happened I looked down and the straw is still on my shoulder, so since she threw something at me of course i wont let that slide so I throw the plastic cup thats on the counter at her…. She throws it back at me so I throw the plastic cup back at her. she’s calling me a fake plastic silicone, wannabe, and cursing my mother continuously, saying your mother your mother she runs from behind the counter charging at me, yelling, her finger pointed in the air… The whole time I’m thinking in my head this lady is about to come and hit me… I grabbed her wrist because her finger was too close for comfort to my eyeball and I genuinely felt in that moment I needed to protect my face…After holding her wrist to make sure her finger doesn’t come towards my eye or her hand doesn’t come towards my face she threw her arm down said don’t touch me then went behind the counter…. almost as if she knew she wasn’t supposed to charge at me from behind the counter ….I told her give me my items or give me my money back so I can leave She refused… I told her again give me my items or my money back so I can leave and she refused the whole time there was another employee in the back who came to me when she was ignoring me in the beginning, was deescalating while she was charging at me, and then he offered to give me the money back…He took it from his own pocket…I felt bad I told him I don’t want your money I want it from the store that I just paid to and I did not get my items for he said it’s no problem I can get it back from the store later…I did speak to the manager, I TOLD HIM MULTIPLE TIMES PLEASE CHECK THE SECURITY FOOTAGE,and he did assure me that he does value his customers safety, but at the same time this incident was too much for me not to make sure that it is handled properly… I will be speaking to corporate also to make sure this is handled properly ..What I’m learning is anytime I come to a store and I can clearly see the employees are unhappy, ignoring customers ,snapping at people…. that is officially my queue to find a...

Customer service at this location was exceptional. I came here s quick 3 am M coffee and early breakfast run, the first place I don't to was awful. They literally had no ingredients it products and we're pretty rude for 24hr facility to be quite frank. So then I went to this other place (this one in the review) , and even though they had limited ingredients, they handled my difficult and complex order with the utmost compassion and care in order to ensure it was perfection.. i had a pleasant experience compared to the last 24 hour one I went to nearby. They were absolutely rude and we're barely listening to what I was saying. I highly recommend this dunkin donuts for a late night run! They usually have most products in stock too surprisingly 🙂 I like this dunkin, pleasant workers , efficient service, and exemplary customer service for a late hour run.
