My two daughters went into order food and the hostess, shouts from across the counter, "what are you waiting for?". When I went in to inquire about the interaction, one of the employees jumped to her rescue. She comes from behind the counter and double down on what she said. He became mute after that. I asked her does she bark this question from behind the counter to all of the customers who frequent their establishment. I guess barking at customers who is putting money in their pockets, food on their tables... keeping their lights on and business going is their M.O.

After yelling at my daughters, my daughters decided to walk out. I teach my children never to spend their hard earn dollars in establishments that sees only their money and not their being.

Are we still making assumptions about Black people? Are we still subscribing to stereotypes...

I thought of purchasing pizza and garlic knots. When prepared, i was told to take one pack ,, I assumed the package next to it must be someone else, when i came back i just saw garlic knots and called back for refund back to my credit card for the pizza. Instead i was told we dont provide refund,as u paid by cc. Also he was like you were on your phone and didnt pay attention. I found this highly unprofessional to blame the customers. How would i supposed to know that both packs are mine esp when I am not the one packing it. Isnt it the responsibilty of the restaurant also to make sure the customers pick right order esp when the package is completyl opaque and done by them.. It was horrible experience! And highly unprofessional staff , they need to work hard on communication skills as i feel they even had hard time understanding the...

Pizza here is maybe 3 stars but I once received an uncut pizza from here and that was the only time I didn't get a slice by itself. Today I got Alfredo pasta and onion rings. The onion rings were bland and boring but not terrible. The Alfredo pasta was more like an Alfredo-pasta-soup. There was more saucr than pasta and walking with the tray in my hand would make it slosh around. Worse yet, the undercooked and under stirred noodles weren't actually even covered in sauce. It's like they poured the sauce in first and dropped the noodles on top. Save for some green stuff sprinkled on top it was bland as hell. Barely any salt, pepper or garlic. I can't imagine parmesan even went into the sauce because the sauce was so thin. Wings here are well seasoned but have too much breading. If you want good pizza and pasta go to Orsillos,...
