This new location is one of the worst I've ever been to. It's a shame that the company spent so much money and took so much time to create an entirely new building, because there are so many obvious/noticeable flaws in the functionality of how they designed this property (both inside and outside the building) to be extremely inconvenient for customers in various ways. But what makes the experience even worse is the fact that the service here is just terrible. Almost all of the employees either don't speak or don't seem to understand English. I realize there can be a language barrier if English is your 2nd language, but if you cannot listen and comprehend what customers are ordering using simple English words, then that worker should not be placed in the position of taking customers orders. I shouldn't have to say "Grande" in order for you to understand the word Large or have to say "Queso" in order for you to understand the word Cheese. If you are working in the food-service industry, you should understand these basic words that are frequently used by customers, especially when these words are a significant part of your own menu. Because of this critical issue, these non-English speaking workers are constantly getting customers orders wrong, are not making the food correctly, and are serving the wrong food. I have tried to go to this new location multiple times over the last couple months and I have experienced that there has been some kind of a problem every single time. Ordered a latte and just received milk, came back another morning ordered another latte and not only did it take too long, the lady working at the window just put the coffee at the window and walked away. I had to flagged down another person to get my coffee. Then when I took a sip of my âlatteâ it was just black coffee. So now Iâm late to work and overcharged for something I didnât want. They tried to state we need to pay for delivery (we did obviously since a dasher was waiting for my damn order) and that we need to switch to a delivery not mobile on the McDonaldâs mobile app they tried to give us a mobile order number, which we again obviously did not have as we ORDERED DIRECTLY THROUGH DOOR DASH!!!! the woman on the phone was nasty blaming us, when clearly they are doing some unethical or had an issue on their end and would not rectify the situation.
