Best Haleem that one must not miss!!
Jan 2024 We tried their Qubani ka meetha and it was delicious. Next time we would like to order double ka meetha and kheer if available.
This time we told them to make biryani a little spicy and it turned out to be delicious. Their haleem is also very tasty. We will visit again when we get the biryani and haleem craving.
August 2023 I waited to have food in this restaurant for a long time by reading all the reviews about biryani and Haleem. Finally we tried here chicken special biryani, goat biryani, Haleem, bheja fry.
I loved their mutton Haleem. It was good in taste with the nuts and the quantity was also good.
The chicken biryani was also tasted good, but there is less spice by default which made biryani little bland taste. However if it was little spicy then it would have tasted the best. Make sure to ask them to make it spicy, so you will enjoy the biryani. Their goat biryani had well cooked mutton pieces. It was good in taste. Their salon and raita was also great. We asked for extra salad and raita which they provided us. The funny thing is they serve egg in the mutton biryani which I never seen anywhere.
The bheja fry was sweetish in taste, which I felt average. Their food was fresh and hot. No food was wasted. I loved their concept of giving food in the takeout containers, so that we can take them to home.
We will visit again for their haleem and biryani. And next time we will ask them to make...
Read moreThe food here is typically exceptional, yet there is a notable need for enhanced focus on safety protocols. During a recent lunch visit, we unexpectedly encountered a metal fragment in our meal. Our attempt to address this issue was met with a lack of seriousness and inadequate response.
Emphasizing the significance of hygiene, it's fortunate that the incident didn't lead to an emergency situation. As regular patrons who have repeatedly chosen this place for our party catering, we sincerely hope for a substantial improvement in their safety practices.
We remain optimistic that they will address these concerns, allowing us to continue enjoying their otherwise amazing culinary offerings.
Update on 4/6/2024 after seeing owners response.
The order of biryani was meant for takeaway, not for dining in – this is an important detail to clarify.
Moreover, the response we received was more of a recognition of the error than an apology. The explanation given was that the metal piece might have originated from cleaning materials. This was somewhat dismissed, and although a replacement was offered, it didn't convey genuine remorse for what could have been a...
Read moreBeen going there for the past 10+ years. Seen the food go from very good to extremely bad and now it is hopeless. Now you get old stale food. In addition, they have come to a point where they will do anything to make money including cheating people. They will incorrectly charge you extra or will not give all items you have ordered for takeout. When you get back to them about the missing items, they will flatly refuse to give the missing items. If you order a large box, they will charge you for large but give the small box. Also, it is impossible to know what they have put in the box that they give you as they mess that up as well and give the wrong item. In the name of Biryani, all you get is white rice with mild flavoring. If you want to order biryani from them, it would be easier to just cook white rice at home, it will pretty much taste the same. It would not matter how much ever you ask them, request them not to add any white rice, all you will get it 95% white rice in the name of Biryani. Check your bill before you pay, check the items before you accept the package, that is if you still want to eat stale...
