Pretty good. I haven't been in a Burger King in years because I'm not a fan of mayo on my burger and that's their standard. The place was empty which seems odd for 5 pm but whatever. The kid behind the counter was super nice and friendly and helpful. The food came pretty quick and it was tasty. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich was great. It started out a little more smoky BBQ but ended up turning more spicy. The fries are a smidge thicker than I prefer but cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and they were delivered super hot and fresh. Wife got the Whopper Jr. and said it seemed smaller than she remembered but she said it was OK. She would get it again. My only complaint would be the drinks. They have one of those Coke machines with the touch screen and lots of options. Except most of the options were grayed out as unavailable. They did have diet Dr. Pepper which is one of our favorites so that wasn't terrible. The ketchup dispenser also seemed empty and there were no cups for it anyway but they did have a box of single serve squeeze packets on the counter. The whole place was clean but it always seems weird when they leave the sanitizing bucket and mop bucket out. All in all it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend Burger King for sure if you're looking for burgers without clowns and...
Read moreI honestly like Burger King but this is the first time I've been to this location. But I was appalled by the lack of sanitation.and that was just from what I could see from the drive-thru window. I work as a cook for a state certified senior community. Two of the employees tonight we're not wearing gloves and none of the three employees had their mask fully on their face. When I observe this I immediately ask for a refund. The lady I was talking with about the refund went and got her assistant manager. He was pleasant and went ahead and ran my refund while he asked me why I wanted to refund I said because nobody was wearing their mask 😡 and lack of gloves or hand hygiene I know it is frustrating working in the food industry having to wear these masks 24/7 I have to do it myself. But with the assistant manager with his mask underneath his chin tells me Burger King really does not care who they have as assistant managers or managers if this is how they allow their...
Read moreMy chicken wrap was very cold, when I asked to have a new one made, they did but when the cook handed the food to the lady working the front she noticed it was also cold and asked him to put in in the microwave. The cook did so and handed it back, and when she gave the food to me I said "I really want expecting it to be microwaveed" and the lady got very frustrated and aggressive immediately. She said that the lettuce and tomato brings the temperature of the chicken down, but what had was COLD not warm, not room temperature COLD and when I said one more thing she immediately said I wasn't letter her talk, even though I was the one she was talking AT, and offered in a surprisingly aggressive way to give me my money back. I was worried about proper food temperatures and food safety, but this lady was far to aggressive to come to any outcome other than me walking out of the store completely...
