Came to Sharetea during their grand opening and was expecting crazy wait times but the team worked very efficiently to get everyone's drinks made in a timely manner. Sharetea is a chain and offers a lot of variety with the milk tea, blended drinks, and so on. They offer the ability to customize the ice and sweetness levels which is nice though some drinks (like the Okinawa milk tea) can only be modified so much otherwise it loses the flavor or the drink. The boba is made fresh and was the perfect consistency in my order. A classic black milk tea at 100% sweetness is a little too sweet for me though I normally get my drinks at less sweet (~30% sweet).
The space is quaint with some seating available while you wait for your drinks to be made. One thing to note, this Sharetea just opened so the staff are learning the ropes and doing their best. Wait times can vary depending on how busy they are. When I placed my order, they were working on another customer's order which had 10+ drinks so I expected a longer wait than normal. I'm very excited to see more bubble tea/boba options in the Tennessee area. Definitely will stop by again to try out the rest...

It's the same red bean that they use in the Filipino dessert Halo Halo which is a favorite of mine. It makes it very unique that they have it. I come from Vegas where theres a variety of good food and drink places, unlike Tennessee. Although I've always felt that share tea was a hidden gem i found. As I was in line ordering there was another lady behind me waiting for her drinks who said she definitely would have ordered it if she would have know. I suggest making a drink on the menu that resembles halo-halo it would bring in so many customers. Although I guess apparently the red bean isn't selling it definitely needs to be advertised more because I feel like people don't know about it. Sorry to say but I won't be coming back if it's discontinued which honestly makes me...

The menu is a dream for any bubble tea lover. Classic milk teas? Check. Fruity refreshers? Absolutely. Creative seasonal specials? Yes, please. I went with the brown sugar milk tea with boba, and it was perfectionârich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. The tapioca pearls were fresh, chewy, and had that satisfying bounce that separates good boba from great boba.
Service was quick and friendly, and they even offered customization for sweetness and ice levels. Bonus points for eco-friendly straws and loyalty rewards!
Whether you're a die-hard boba fan or just dipping your toes into the tapioca world, this place is worth the visit. Your taste buds...
