Warning Long Review: I absolutely HATE leaving negative reviews but Brad Williams who is the manager at the 1010 Murfreesboro Road in Franklin, TN location is very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude! After waiting a hour and 15 minutes I called to inform management that my pizza delivered was cold and we would like a store credit if possible or a refund. He offered to remake the order but my family and I were no longer wanting the pizza so he agreed that I could come to the store for a refund since I paid cash for delivery just to call back to say “bring the pizza!” I agreed to bringing the pizza but stated my 7 year old did eat a slice of one of the pizzas(we ordered 2) but I would be happy to bring his half eaten slice back because it was cold and we had to microwave it only for him to respond sarcastically laughing saying he would no longer give me a refund nor would he remake my order since my son ate “a half of slice” of the pizza! I WAS a faithfully customer who never complained about the hour wait or wrong pizza delivered because all businesses have bad days but to be talked to in a disgusting manner and treated so poorly I will never order from this location again! He happily insisted I call corporate and provided me with “the correct spelling” of his name to give them which seems as if there’s no consequences for his actions because he could have easily fixed the issue by providing a store credit of some sort for the inconvenience which is ALL I requested before resulting in leaving a...
Read moreI managed several different Papa John’s stores in my younger days, so I know the ups and downs, ins and outs of trying to maintain quality in such a fast paced, high turnover, low margin kind of business. That said, this location has consistently failed to live up to just basic standards of quality control, to the point that this long time, faithful fan of Papa John’s just probably won’t be ordering from them any more. The last time I had an issue before this, the manager at the time gave me grief for calling to complain instead of checking the quality before I left the store. I guess I shouldn’t have assumed that my pizzas would look like they’d been made by someone who’d seen a pizza before in their life or who had gone through at least the basic training to end up with something round with toppings on it. This last time it was worse, but I forgot to check before I left the store again, so rather than call and complain, I just decided not to order from them anymore and post a review. I never post reviews. As you can see by the pictures, they just didn’t seem to care at all about the product they were selling, and from someone with direct experience with Papa John’s QC standards, these should have been thrown in the...
Read moreI’ve worked for several pizza chains including papa Johns. When I ordered my pizza and garlic knots I was surprised when I didn’t see my pizza. I talked to the driver and he showed me there might have been a mistake when I ordered but it took all my points. Nathanial my delivery driver was VERY helpful and gave me great information on how to solve the problem. I called corporate and no reply so I called the store and i won’t give the name but whoever answered was rude and unhelpful. After I would explain what happened I asked what can I do to figure this out. He COMPLETELY ignored me and asked if I was trying to make an order! We went back and forth several time. He was huffing and puffing and talked to me like I was stupid. If that was the manager very unprofessional and rude. I know hangry people can be a lot but the way to make people happy in this situation is by helping even if it’s giving me a phone number to call!!! I’m completely done with this store. They are...
