I am new to Tennessee and have really been missing having a tasty gyro once in a while. I literally happened to notice the red "GYRO" sign for this place when I was in the shopping center for something else. I went in and saw lots of people already eating at tables and standing in line to order, which is almost always a good sign. I saw the menu board was a really old one, like you'd find at a grease pit or some roadside café. But the Gyro was the first thing on the menu and having had dozens of them from all over the place, I had to try theirs, so I ordered one to go. The 2 gentlemen working the place were very nice as well. I generally do not tip at a place like this until after I at least try it because it has backfired on me a few times in the past. I left the place and decided to just eat it outside my car before leaving. Wow! I was super pleased with the taste, quality of ingredients as well as the quantity. 6 bucks for a Gyro this good was incredible! I was so pleased, I literally walked back inside the place and told the owner how much I loved it and placed a few bucks in the tip jar. I have been eating here since 2004. The previous owner was Sue. She had the most amazing Taziki (cucumber cream sauce) I’ve ever had, and the current proprietors maintain her recipe to this day. Rady Is the owner, And I still can’t decide which is more heartwarming, his friendly personality, or this amazing food. If you have never liked the cucumber cream sauce, you need to try it here I’ve been trying to figure out what they do to it for years. It doesn’t taste like greek yogurt, thete is something that levels out the taste, and I believe I know what it is… and it’s DELICIOUS! It’s a family affair, and Rady’s wife and son Ebram want nothing more than for you to be happy with your food choice.
