Ummm...how long has this here? Ok, it's very unassuming from the outside. I almost didn't bother going in but I was looking for a chalk paint retailer that was supposedly in this shopping plaza who I could not find. I finally gave up and stopped in here on a whim. And guess what? The retailer was inside this HUGE marketplace! I can tell you, hands down, thus is probably THE best place to come if you are looking for a gift. There are booths of all types from clothing, home decor, antiques, dried floral, personalized items, sports team items, bath and body, food, tea towels, framed maps of local towns, art, and the list goes on and on and on. I need to have a serious talk with my friends who knew about this place and kept it a secret. They have shopping carts and the booths are all in neat rows. You check out at near the front and the cashiers are very friendly and helpful. I saw a sign saying they accept returns. There is also a cafe inside where you can grab coffee and a snack and have a seat with a friend if need a break from shopping the huge warehouse. Kudos to...

When I asked if I could return the dresses, the lady said yes and never mentioned the 48-hour policy. You can see in the picture I took of the 48 return policy sign that it isn't even visible from the photo. It's as close as any customer can get. I was a few days past the policy. The way the upfront people looked at me and treated me when I asked to return these 2 dresses was very rude. Im autistic and have sensory issues with clothes. It's why I needed to return these. If the lady that was up front when I bought these told me there was a 48-hour rule to return them, then I would've had them back the very next day. They have some very unique pieces/clothing at this place. They are outrageously overpriced. Im disappointed in the visibility of the sign, transparency of the cashiers information she gave me, and the way I was treated about my first time trying to return something here. One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I have bought the large majority of my Christmas gifts here this year but unfortunately I was not aware of their ridiculous return policy. I am a new mom with a newborn and it is challenging to get out of the house to return and when I went back 7 days later to return the managers didn’t even want to talk with me and when they finally came they were rude and condescending and they clearly don’t care about the customer whatsoever. If you have such an absurd return policy (48 hours) it needs to be told to the customer upon purchase. I am disappointed that I even spent a large sum of money here here in the first place because they have horrible customer service.
