Awful awful awful customer service! This is the location that is combined with the basking robins Carothers. The sad part about it, it’s in my residential area where it’s very nice, full of great customer service companies and facilities and this is not it. I’ve had three encounters with this store, and I rather drive to the Brentwood location which is about 17 min fro. My house compared to this one which is 5 minutes. There’s no sense of urgency, the service workers were rude, they did not greet me, and then when I asked for certain items they were not only out, but they took it upon me as if I was the problem. The managers were all at a table in a meeting which was quite annoying because I stood there for a while before I took the initiative after about 2 times saying hello can someone take my order ? The staff is a mixed crowd , young and older but there focus it seems is drive thru. I’m not a fan of this location , they really need to do better. The managers didn’t even try to see if I was helped and then one of the workers started talking about me in my face to another very nice young gentleman who decided to FINALLY take my order. There’s two sisters , the older one, whew…..please do better, then there’s another young lady, the one I referring to who was also rude. Even though this place is convenient due to the location and having 2 in 1. This is my last time patronizing this place. They can take a think or two from Chik Fil A, Bruster’s , Starbucks or hey at this point , McDonalds.
Lastly, I have to concur with the other reviews. They closed an hour before they were to be closed one night And it was myself with other customers who were frustrated because the lights were on, they were supposed to be opened, and they were just cleaning. Read moreThe lady who supposedly is the manager of this place is absolutely rude disrespectful lazy unprofessional and racist. I went in one morning while I was out on my route for the day. I went to the restroom first then came out and went to the counter to place my order. The lady who supposedly is the manager and one other employee were standing behind the counter having a conversation at the register when I walked up. I stood there and waited for someone to acknowledge me and finally after standing for several minutes the manager lady turned to me and said, "did you need something?", in a tone of voice as if she really didn't want to wait on me. However I just wanted to get my stuff and go so I proceeded to place my order. When I said that I wanted to order a bottle of orange juice with my food she replied and said, "Go over there and get it". I asked her to repeat herself and she said it again. I thought she was joking but she was very serious so at this point I just immediately walked out of the store. How dare you...if I'm not mistaken this is your job, not mine. This is not customer service AT ALL. I'm sure a lot of it had to do with me being Black(African-American) because she was absolutely nasty to me the entire time for no reason! I was being very nice to her. I will never return to this Dunkin Donuts as long as it's managed the way that is with people like her. If you're black or anything other than white this is not the Dunkin Donuts for you. I would love to talk to someone higher up to get this matter taken...
Read moreI have worked at a Dunkin' donuts before in Arizona. I thought that my location was the only one who was under staff. Not sure why Dunkin never have enough people working in the front. This isn’t the first time I have an order not ready. Last time I ordered a coffee twenty minutes ahead and it wasn’t made. Today I ordered a coffee and only half of it was ready. The idea of on the go is people who are ordering ahead that should be the same as a customer in front of you. Don’t even get me started on some of there attitudes I ordered in the morning at one point and I couldn’t pick up of the coffee. I came later and explained the situation I understand it was annoying but the lady was very rude and very disrespectful. I quote “don’t let it happen again cause I won’t be making it again.” I thought that was rude to a customer and yes I worked at dunking and situations liked this happen to me all the time and it wasn’t a big deal. Keep in mind when I got there in the afternoon my coffee was stilling there at 8am. I tryed to get him to make my coffee since I ordered it almost ten minutes ago. I know customer service can be hard and have also noticed there coffee isn’t as good. I’m not one to complain about stuff but I found some of this stuff annoying and I hope this reaches people. I’m not one to go to Starbucks and spend almost $6 for one coffee. I just need a little pick me up and don’t think asking for my order to be ready is too...
