Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Franklin

I have to brag on Jimmy John's in Franklin Indiana. I called to order an unwich while helping my husband move into my apartment last night and told them the last time and every once in awhile when I have a delivery order that I get contaminated with gluten. Happened to be the manager I was talking to and he told me he's remembered making my sandwich in the past that he would make sure this one didn't get me sick. So when the sandwich comes to the door, it's the manager that I was talking to on the phone and he wanted to assure me that my sandwich was not contaminated and that he investigated and figured out how my sandwich was getting contaminated and told me how to order it the next time. So, any of my friends who have to be gluten free, do not order the mayonnaise or anything that has to be spread on because it touches bread and the tomatoes and cucumbers are right next to the mayonnaise if they get any mayonnaise on them it's going to have gluten on them, so you need to ask for fresh tomatoes and cucumbers and if you're in Franklin he says I keep it underneath the counter. This is the biggest joke of a store ever. I rarely write reviews, but this store has deserved a low rating for a long time. Today’s experience finally made me write this. 8 people working in the store. Only 1 person was actually making sandwiches. No wonder my wait is consistently over 10 minutes. Today’s wait was 18 minutes to get two sandwiches. What a freaking joke for a deli???? What are you cooking that takes so long? This is always the case at this restaurant. Today my husband dropped me off to go inside to order since the drive thru was so backed up. He drove to Wendy’s to get food and came back and I was still waiting on lunch meat sandwiches to be assembled. I really enjoy the food which is why I continue to come back and HOPE that it’s not a complete waste of time (spoiler alert: always is). I hope management can figure out the issue here.

Side note: they did explain to customers in front of me that they were waiting on bread to cool before making sandwiches, but that sliced wheat and the little sandwiches were available now. So I ordered sliced wheat. And still took nearly...

Franklin, indiana I-- was trying to place my order online and it wouldn't let me and I couldn't drive to get food from the restaurant cause I didn't have a car that day so I went and called the store to place my order the gentleman answered the phone didn't give me a name just said thank you for calling Jimmy John's I explained I was trying to place an order and he said I couldn't cause I was out of their delivery route....I explained I had order from them before and they delivered to my job when I use to work that and it's right in front of where I live and he still refused to take my order......I was highly unsatisfied that I couldn't order any food from them and don't know when I will bring my service...
