Main Street Coffee & Yogurt — Restaurant in Franklin

Cute little hole in the wall coffee place. Coffee was enjoyable, they only had decaf for espresso so I had a latte. I wanted to get a boba tea but they don’t use tapioca pearls. They did let me sample the brown sugar boba to see what it was which was really nice of them. There is no bathroom there which seems bizarre for a coffee place, let alone any place that serves drinks and food. I’m guessing it’s because of the way the building is. Since we were stopping in town on our way home, I needed to pee, but I was directed a 5 min walk across and down the street to city hall to use a restroom lol. The people were super nice and it’s a cute spot but I couldn’t imagine feeling comfortable staying there with my overactive bladder without a restroom. After having some baaaaad coffee at breakfast during our road trip to Western NC, we knew we needed to find some good stuff... We were almost to Franklin, so the search was on to find a nice local place if possible... Enter Main Street Coffee & Yogurt. We knew when we walked in that it was going to be good from how delicious it smelled inside! We were also excited to see Cafe con Leche on the menu - I know we're not in Miami, but I loooove CCL, so we each ordered one. YES!!! This is what coffee is supposed to taste like! It turned out to be the best coffee we had on our trip. We had already eaten breakfast, so we didn't get any food. Franklin looked like a cute town, so we're hoping to get back there to spend some time... AND get more coffee (and more) at Main Street! Thank you for being a high point...
