Not a lot of service. Walk in place an order, get your own drink and bus your own table which I am okay with. Food was good and portions large.

What I'm not okay with after I placed my order and paid attention the register I didn't pay a lot of attention and though I missed where to leave a tip. I mentioned this to the young lady taking my order. She told me "you could leave the tip on the table or whatever" and handed me the receipt. That's when I noticed an almost 32% tip had already been charged and included on my receipt. She never mentioned that it was already added to my total, I didn't notice this posted anywhere. Needless to say I didn't leave a tip on the table. I've seen this for large parties where the wait staff puts in a lot of work but it was just me. All someone did was bring my food from the kitchen to the table and nothing else, no service provided by the staff.

I'm very disappointed in how this was done despite the good food I won't be going back and feel more should know in case this is a normal procedure for this restaurant. I always leave a minimum 20 to 25% tip regardless of service even if it's bad. I'll tell the person but still...

Placed order over the phone- very friendly and pleasant Food was ready for pickup within about 10 minutes The order was meant to be 2 burgers (one double, one triple). Triple with everything as described, side chip. Double with a couple modifications to leave off a few toppings, side fries. Received upon opening at home: 2 singles both with everything on them. One with chips and one with fries. Order on receipt had everything right aside from it being 2 singles. From there the kitchen must have missed reading the adjustments on one of the burgers. Perk was each burger was asked to be cooked to a different wellness and that was done correctly

Ordered takeout for the first time today, food was absolutely DELICIOUS! I had the Build Your Own Omelette and my boyfriend had the french toast. We really enjoyed it! I would like to give a shoutout to the customer service! They forgot to give us the second bag with our grits and silverware, but working at a restaurant myself, I totally understood that these things happen sometimes, and I wasn’t going to call and complain because at the end of the day, the grits were only $1.00. I really wasn’t worried about it too much. The gentleman went out of his way to call me back and apologize for forgetting the grits and told us that next time we are back to let them know and they can refund us or give us the grits next time.
